Karaoke bar

Y/N's P.O.V

Shawn had just turned 18 a few days ago and I wanted to take him out for his birthday. I was taking him to a karaoke bar to celebrate.

"Oh Shawn!" I sang. "You doing anything tonight babe?"

"nope! why?" he furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.

"well I wanted to take you out tonight! For your birthday!" I told him.

"ok! i'm in!" he laughed.

I smiled and went to get ready.

Grabbing a black tank top and a pair of shorts I pulled my hair up into a messy pony. Brushing my teeth and grabbing a jacket I met Shawn downstairs.

"Ready to go?" I asked.

"Yup!"

Grabbing Shawn's hand we made our way to my vehicle. Getting in I handed Shawn the AUX cord.

"Slow, Slow Hands
Like sweat dripping down our dirty laundry
no, no chance that i'm leaving here with out you baby"

"wow Y/N ! your pretty good!" he smirked.

I glanced at Shawn giving him the "shut up" look.

"Ya well uh I have no come back because your an amazing singer so I can't diss you!" I laughed.

"Oh well thank-you!" Shawn said.

Once I pulled up to the bar Shawn looked.

"Seriously Y/N! You took me to a karaoke bar! I'm so excited!"

"I knew you'd be excited! Besides you only turned 18 a few days ago and I wanted to be the first to take you to the bar!"

"Thank-you!"

He looked so excited I knew I made the right choice by bringing him here.

Walking in to the bar there were already a lot of people here. Shawn went right up to the bar and showed the bartender his I.D.

Walking up behind him I wrapped my arms around his waste. Smiling to myself about how excited Shawn was.

"Y/N we need to go sing karaoke now ok?" a little tipsy Shawn said.

"ok!"

Shawn grabbed my hand and pulled me towards the stage. Picking out a song Shawn handed me a mic so I could sing with him.

"Sweet dreams are made of this who am I to disagree? I travelled the world and the seven seas everybody's looking for something"

We both sang, it was funny watching Shawn try to sing while trying to not fall off the stage.

Smiling I couldn't have been happier with how this night turned out.
