Shawn's P.O.V

Today I had the day off and was waiting for Y/N to get home from work. She had a long day today and I wasn't expecting her to be home for another hour.

Sitting on the couch I was just scrolling through instagram replying to some of my fans. They were so funny with their ways of getting me to notice them. Some of them were cute and others were just ridiculous, but I loved them no matter what.

Y/N's P.O.V

All day at work I felt so gross and horrible. In the car I was overheating, I knew I was going to get the flu I was just praying that it wouldn't be the stomach flu.

Much to my luck as soon as I pulled into the driveway I felt the need to throw up. Getting out of the car I ran into the house and booked it to the bathroom. Throwing the contents of my stomach into the toilet I could hear Shawn come up behind me.

"it's okay, we will get you feeling better my love" Shawn said while grabbing my hair and running my back.

Finally I felt the nausea subside and I got up. Shawn picked me up and I buried my head into him.

"I'm sorry your not feeling good babes"

"it's okay, it's not like it's your fault i'm sick!" I smiled a little.

Finally we made it up to our room and Shawn set me down on the bed.

"i'll be back up in a minute i'm just going to grab you somethings"

He disappeared out of the room and I tried to focus on not throwing up considering I would have to get up and run to the bathroom. A few minutes later Shawn came back with a glass of water, some crackers, advil, and a bucket.

"You shouldn't hang out in here Shawn"

"and why not?"

"because then i'll get you sick and that's probably the last thing you want!" I laughed a little.

"yeah, I guess your right but i'd rather get the flu from you than anyone else" he smiled.

Getting into the bed beside me he pulled me into him. I tried to lie down but felt the nausea come back, grabbing the bucket I threw up again. Sighing I just leaned back into Shawn and he ran his fingers through my hair until I fell asleep.
