Y/N's P.O.V
Walking backstage after Shawn's concert I couldn't stop smiling. He did such an amazing job tonight I was so proud of him.
"Y/N!" he smiled when he saw me.
Running over to him he engulfed me in a hug. Snuggling my head closer to his chest, he kissed the top of my head.
"Good job out there tonight Shawn! You did so good!" I said pulling away from him.
"Thanks babe, I was thinking we should go out and celebrate!" he smiled.
"what would we be celebrating?"
"the fact that your my amazing girlfriend, the fact I get to spend almost everyday of my life with you!" he smirked.
Behind that smirk I could tell he had something planned.
"Well what are we waiting for! Let's go!" I laughed.
Shawn grabbed my hand and led me out of the building all his fans were screaming for him. He just smiled and waved, but we kept walking towards the vehicle. Getting in he handed the driver a piece of paper and he nodded.
"So Shawn! Any hints on where we're headed?" I asked.
"nope! You'll just have to wait and see"
"alright fine!"
Suddenly Shawn unrolled the window and stuck his head outside.
"What are you up to?"
"not much just taking a snapchat!"
Hearing the camera noise I giggled at my goofy boyfriend as he stuck his head back inside the vehicle.
"there! go look at my snapchat story"
Pulling out my phone I opened the app and clicked on Shawn's story.

I just started laughing at him.
"Y/N! Quit laughing at me!" I could see him trying not to laugh.
"I can't quit your just so funny!" I laughed again.
"whatever!" he turned away so I couldn't see him laugh.
"Mr. Mendes we're here." the driver said as he parked.
"Okay great! Thank-you!" he smiled.
Pulling out a bandana he wrapped it around my head and pulled it over my eyes.
"Is this really necessary?" I asked.
"yes, yes it is!"
"okay!"
Feeling Shawn leading me somewhere I really wanted to peak but he was gently holding both my arms. Finally we stopped. Lifting up the blindfold I was a little stunned, the scene before me was beautiful.
"Shawn!"
"Yeah babe?"
"you did this all for us?"
"well yeah! I thought it would be a nice quiet getaway from everything for a little while"
"It's perfect!"
"glad you like it!" he said while pulling out a chair for me.
Sitting down I looked across the table at Shawn and couldn't quite figure out how I got so lucky. Fate was kind to me the day I met him.
