Shawn's P.O.V

Jamming my keys into the door of me and Y/N's house I unlocked the front door and walked inside. Closing it behind me and locking it back up I looked around and didn't see anyone.

"Y/N?" I called out.

"up here" I heard her yell back.

Running up the stairs I went into our room and found her sitting at the little desk we had in the corner. She turned around and smiled at me, her hair was in a messy bun.

"Y/N! You look super cozy in my hoodie"

"I am thanks" she smiled.

"your welcome!" I laughed.

"okay Mendes. That was my five minute study break, you either leave or stay here and be quiet" Y/N said in a serious tone.

"oh but that wasn't five minutes?" I asked.

"I started my break before you got here!" she smirked.

"okay whatever! I'll just stay here and not make a sound" I smiled.

Lying back on the bed I sighed and looked up at the ceiling.

Y/N's P.O.V

I had about two hours left of studying and I was so done with it but I had to keep going. Hearing Shawn breathing behind me because of how quiet the room was I smiled a little. Getting back to work I started filling in one of my anatomy work sheets. Becoming a registered nurse was a lot of work.

A few minutes later I felt arms snake around my waste and I leaned back into Shawn's chest.

"dude! I told you I have to get this done" I laughed.

"Well I figured you could use a break" he said while kissing my neck and jaw.

"Shawn! I just had a break fifteen minutes ago?"

"WHAT!" he yelled in my ear making me flinch.

"sorry babe! It just feels like it's been longer than fifteen minutes" he sighed.

"I know, believe me I get it!"

"when will you be done?"

"probably in a hour and a half! I have a idea, why don't you go out and get us food!" I smiled.

"oh good idea!"

"here's some extra cash for muffins, I know you'll ask and the answer is yes."

"thanks so much Y/N!" he beamed.

Kissing my forehead he left the bedroom and walked downstairs. A few minutes later I heard the front door open and close then lock.

I knew now I would get some work done.
