Shawn's P.O.V

Today was the day of my big game to say I was nervous would be a understatement.

Y/N was coming to watch me and this game was a do or die to get into last round playoffs.

Warming up with my team we were all trying to shake the nerves out. Telling each other it was just a regular game.

"Shawn your playing centre today. Don't screw up kid." my coach said to me.

"ok"

Wow that's suddenly a whole lot more pressure on me then before. Hopefully Y/N would be here at the start of the game.

Y/N's P.O.V

Walking into the arena I found a seat and sat down waiting for Shawn's team to come out.

Finally the buzzer sounded and out came the team. They were all skating around the rink and laughing at each other.

Looking around for Shawn I saw him #16, he was centre today.

He looked up and saw me, waving to me I smiled.

"Whoo Go Shawn!!" I yelled.

I watched as some of his friends skated up beside him and teased him.

Shawn's P.O.V

It was already the last few minutes of the third period and we were tied 2-2.

Coach had put me out to try and score our team a goal.

Carson passed the puck to me and I picked it up driving towards the net.

Passing it back to Carson he deaked the goalie and passed it back to me.

The goalie was frozen on the other side of the net. Taking the puck I shot it into the wide open net and the buzzer went. We had won the game.

The whole team came over to where me and Carson were and we all dog piled.

Y/N P.O.V

Shawn's team had won the game they were going to the last round of playoffs.

Waiting for him to come out of the dressing room after the game, I couldn't contain my excitement.

I watched Shawn walking out with Carson.

"Shawn, Carson! Congratulations you guys!" I said to them.

"Thanks Y/N!" Carson said.

"Come here you!" Shawn came towards me arms open.

Shawn hugged me.

"Thanks for coming to watch baby! Your my good luck charm!"

"Your welcome!" I laughed.

I ruffled his sweaty hair and he laughed lifting me up. I guess I should always go to Shawn's hockey games.
