Secret Admirer?

Madiha's P.O.V

Walking into the school on my very first day as a new student was more terrifying than I thought it would be but at least I knew one person at the school already. My best friend Olivia, me and her had been through thick and thin so of course when I told her i'd he coming to her school she made sure everything was set up perfect. Lockers next to each other? check! Same classes? check! Heading towards the office I met up with Olivia and we headed in to get my schedule.

"Madiha! I'm so excited that we're finally going to the same school!" Olivia said.

"I know me to! When my mom told me I was freaking out!"

The office lady handed me my schedule and me and Olivia left the office walking down the hallway I accidentally ran into someone. Looking up I saw the most beautiful brown eyes staring back at me.

"i'm so sorry" I said.

"it's okay, don't worry about it" something about his facial features told me he was sad.

Once he was out of sight I looked at Olivia.

"who was that?" I asked.

"That's Shawn Mendes. He's one of the most popular guys in school, he's recently single!" she said wiggling her eyebrows.

"shut up Liv!" I laughed.

"i'm being serious though! His long time girlfriend and him called it quits last week!" she gushed.

"Madiha!" I heard someone calling my name down the hallway.

Turning around I saw Aaliyah come running down the hallway. She jumped on me and smiled.

"Hey Aaliyah! I missed you buddy!" I laughed.

"missed you to Madiha! you didn't come over much this summer" she pouted.

"I know i'm sorry! I was just busy"

"it's okay!" she said.

Opening my locker I shoved a few of my things inside and then shut it. When I turned back around I saw Aaliyah was gone and Hayes was here with his arm around Olivia.

"Hi Hayes" I said.

"hey!" he smiled.

Walking to class this was going to be the start to a very long day and I already knew that it would be boring.

Shawn's P.O.V

After running into that girl this morning I couldn't get her out of my head so I got a few of my friends to come over and help me come up with a plan to get her.

"So I say you should just leave notes in her locker but don't say who it's from! Girls love that kind of stuff" Nash smiled.

"yeah! and then at the end of the week you can tell her that if she meets you somewhere you'll tell her who you are!" Taylor added.

"oh nice one dude!" Carter said.

All of them high fived me and we all started with the notes.

Madiha's P.O.V

The notes had been falling out of my locker all week and I wanted so badly to find out who it was. Opening my locker this morning another note fell out. Opening it up I read it and smiled.

Smiling I shut my locker and went to my first class. Sitting through it was painful because after this I was finally going to see who my secret admirer was!

Hearing the bell I got up from my seat and ran out of class. Walking down the hallway calmly once I was out of everyone's sight I pushed open the back doors and walked out to the back of the school. Looking down the wall I saw Shawn standing against one of the walls.

"Madiha!" Shawn said.

"hi" I waved at him as I was walking over.

"I'm your secret admirer!" he smiled.

"really?" I asked shocked.

"yup! This is going to sound dumb but i've liked you ever since you started hanging out with Aaliyah and I never said anything because I was nervous. So I guess i'm saying it now! I like you"

No words came out of my mouth.

"sorry I probably freaked you out" he said.

"no no! You didn't trust me! I like you to Shawn"

"really? Even though you actually only saw me on monday?"

"yes!" I laughed. "I did think though that it was a little weird that every time I came to your house Aaliyah told me she had a older brother but I never saw him!"

"yeah I was just in my room working on my music all the time!"

"make sense!"

"yeah! Madiha? Can I kiss you?" he asked.

"i'd love that!" I smiled.

Leaning in to Shawn he captured my lips and I melted into the kiss. I swear it was so magical like fireworks on the fourth of july.
