Waking up this morning I rolled over and found the bed empty once again. I don't really know why I expected him to be there after what happened last week.

"Y/N can you come down here please? We need to talk?" I heard Shawn call.

Walking down the stairs I looked at him. He pointed to the spot in front of him so I went and stood there.

"yeah?" I asked.

"who's this?" he asked holding up my phone.

Looking I saw the text messages that Shawn had open. They were from Jake, he was my friend from school.

"Shawn he's just a friend from school" I smiled.

"yeah then why are you sending him hearts and little blushy emojis?" he asked me.

"Because that's what I do?" I said.

"you don't even send me that many emojis"

"Shawn! I don't understand what the big deal is, he's just a friend from school nothing more" I started raising my voice.

"I would honestly love to believe you Y/N but I can't"

"why not!"

"because! I just can't anymore"

Those words shattered my heart. My own boyfriend couldn't trust me anymore.

"wow..." I just stood there stunned.

"I'm sorry but this isn't going to work anymore." he said.

"no! please don't leave me Shawn" I whispered.

"I have to Y/N until you can figure out things with Jake were no longer together i'm sorry" he said grabbing his coat.

"I'll be back tomorrow to grab my things" and with that he was out the door.

The love of my life just left me just like that. I didn't know what to do.

This last week was one of the worst of my life if i'm being honest. Shawn leaving broke my heart into a million pieces. I had blocked Jake and stopped talking to him at school. I tried to contact Shawn to tell him that I was sorry but he just read every message and didn't reply.

I had to figure out a way to get him back before everything we had been through together we're just memories.
