First Date

Walking up to the front door of the house that Shawn gave me the address to I was nervous.

We had been texting for well over a week now and he asked me last night if we could hangout.

Of course I said yes, he seems nice to talk to over text. Knocking on the door I waited for a few minutes, then someone opened the door.

A tall boy with chocolate brown hair and eyes. I knew it was Shawn.

"hey! come on in!" he said.

I smiled and followed him inside. Taking off my coat and boots I put my boots to the side and Shawn hung up my coat.

"So uh did you wanna watch a movie or something?" he asked me.

"sure!"

Following Shawn he led me to the basement and told me to get comfortable.

"would you like a drink or something to eat?"

"uh no thank-you, i'm good for right now" I smiled.

"ok"

Shawn then sat down pretty close to me but still leaving some space in between us. He tossed me a blanket which I gratefully accepted.

"So y/n we have a whole selection of movies just name one and we probably have it!"

"hmmm what about Captain America?"

"sure!"

Hitting search he typed it in. Watching it pop up he hit play.

The movie was almost over and me and Shawn had moved closer to each other, he had his arm wrapped around me and I was snuggled into his side.

Once the movie was over we just stayed like that for a while. I was comfy!

Looking up at Shawn I saw he was looking down at me. Using his finger he tilted my head and I saw his eyes flicker to my lips.

Taking this as an opportunity I leaned in and closed my eyes. I could feel our lips collide and it gave me butterflies.

He tucked his hands into my hair and deepened the kiss. We were lost in the moment, only to be brought back to reality when we heard someone clear their throat behind us.

My face went bright red. How embarrassing.

"Dad!"

"Sorry bud I just came to tell you that me and your mom are going out for dinner so you guys are on your own"

"ok"

I watched as he walked back up the stairs and disappeared.

"So! Uh what do you want to do now?" I asked.

"this"

He said as our lips crashed again. I hoped we had more dates like this because if i'm being honest I could get used to this.
