"Lets go!"

After Jim gave the word, you started on the trail. He had decided to take a path that was slightly different in case they were expecting us to come back.

You noticed a lot of the same landmarks that you saw the first time on this journey.

The mountain in the distant that looked strangely purple and orange.

The half of the forest that had tress that were completely white.

Even the strange hole in the ground that you assumed was placed there by an animal, but was quickly dismissed for the lack of life on the planet beside the people.

This got you thinking. Unless the people here were herbivores, they would not be able to live here without animals.

You could tell Jim was on edge a little more then usual.

The last thing that he would want to do is lose anymore of his crew. You couldn't blame him, for he had lost three crew members including his first officer. Jim was determined to find them all alive and unharmed. That is if the people of this planet were as easy going on them as we hoped they would be.

An hour passed and we were able to see the start of civilization.

We all stopped as Jim turned around to give his talk of going over the plans...that was until his communicator began to signal that he was getting a message.

Jim looked at it weirdly since he had order everyone to not use it unless it was an emergency.

He flipped it open and turned it on.

"*Captain?*"

Jim realized who the voice was before any of the rest of you could.

"Spock!"

When he said the name, everyone's face lit up. McCoy placed a hand on your shoulder.

"*Yes, Captain. You have to liste-*"

"Spock! Where are you? Are you alright? What about the others?"

"*Captain, I-*"

"Did they kill anyone?"

"*Jim.*"

Spock said Kirk's name in a stern voice to get him to shut up.

"Oh, sorry Spock. What do you need us to do?"

"*I just need you and your team to beam down and walk into the town.*"

"We have already beamed down, and we can see the town now."

"Alright. Walk in, but make no acts of hostility."

"Got it Spock."

Kirk closed his communicator and smiled widely at all of us.

McCoy even had a little smirk on his face.

As you continued, McCoy left your side to go speak with Kirk in the front of the group.

You didn't try to listen in on the conversation until Jim looked back at you and smiled.

You raised an eyebrow at him as he looked away.

The only thing you could hear was Kirk saying 'I didn't know Spock was capable.' and the fact that he laughed.

At that point, you knew that telling McCoy was a huge mistake.

McCoy left Kirk and went back to you.

You didnt look at Bones, but he looked at you.

"Sorry, Champ. I had to tell him. I mean, it was going to be obvious when you saw Spock any ways. So, I mean lets just get it over with."

You punched Bones in the arm as you neared the entrance to the town.

You were nervous just like everyone else. Even though Spock himself had told you that it was ok to go in, you believed it was still going to be a hard time.

As you entered the town, no one tried to stop you. All they did was give looks and walk away.

All but one person.

He looked at your group with a smile.

Quickly, you realized who this man was. I was the man who electrocuted Spock.

You could tell McCoy noticed this too for he tapped on Jim's shoulder to warn him who he was.

"My friends! Welcome!"

The mans booming voice almost shook the ground as he spoke.

"My name is Doran, and I welcome the federation to my lands."

Kirk stepped forward.

"You know of the federation then?"

"Yes, your... officer informed me of everything. Including your mission of peace."

"Spock."

"Yes, you commander Spock or the...Star Ship Enterprise. I know you as the man named Kirk. Who is the captain of said ship. Am I right in assuming that is who you are?"

"Yes, James T. Kirk."

"Good, Good. Am I also correct on assuming that you would want to see your officer?"

"Yes, it would be appreciated."

Doran clapped his hands in almost unnecessary joy.

"Alright, I bring you to him. I bet he is eager to see you all...even though...he hasn't really shown stress or anger in his situation. We assumed someone in his position would be a broken mess."

McCoy and I laughed at his lack of knowledge of what being a Vulcan means.

We walked behind Doran as he took us a building that looked to be a house.

Doran knocked on the door three times.

A man opened up the door. He was wearing an outfit similar to Dorans outfit.

It was black with belts around the middle.

You looked up to see the familiar face. The perfect black hair. The pointy ears, and the raised eyebrows.

Spock looked at you with the slightest gleam of happiness in his eyes to see that you had not died in the event of the days before.

He looked at everyone else before he looked back at you.

Spock nodded his head.

"Y/N."
