"In the eyes of a Villain, he believes he is the hero."

"Stop...I don't need you to explain anything to me. I understand what you need from me in order for this to work, Kirk."

"So, you agree to the terms of this alliance?"

"I didn't say that."

Doran was being complicated. More complicated then he needed to be. But, you understood the severity of this agreement. This meeting of the sort would make or brake whether or not Doran and his community were enemies or allies to The Federation.

No matter how small, Spock seemed ever so slightly more tense then he normally was. Assuming it was for the events of today, you didnt think to much about it.

To be honest, you noticed you also noticed he had been glancing around the room a lot more then he normally would. Almost as if he was looking for something, or someone.

You focused you attention back on the meeting at hand between Kirk on Doran.

"What about the agreement do you disagree with? Im sure that if it was reasonable enough, we could pull some strings in order to make everything fit together. "

"I hove no problem with your requirements....,but I do have a problem with the fact you are not being that descriptive with what you could help us with. Technology and that kind of thing."

"Ah...well I hope you can understand I can not give too much detail about this kind of thing. Just in case this alliance doesn't work out. Confidentiality and things like that."

Doran straightened his posture at this statement.

"I see....and I understand. "

You attention was torn away as you saw Spock walk out of the room.

He was being very quiet about it. If he wasn't in your peripheral vision to start off with, you probably wouldn't of even notice he was gone.

It was very irregular for anyone, especially Spock, to just walk out a meeting like that.

McCoy noticed as well. After making eye contact with him, he nodded as to say he wanted you to go check on him.

After you nodded back, you walked out of the room.

Spock was standing there, with his hands behind his back as usual, yet this time, he seemed different.

You could tell he was on edge. He was looking around, while still keeping his posture.

What was he looking for?

You cleared your throat before walking a little closer.

"Mr. Spock? Why did you leave the meeting?"

He didnt jump, but you could tell he wasnt expecting you to be there.

"I needed fresh air," was all that came from him.

As you furrowed your eyebrows in disbelief, you stepped forward until you were next to him.

"You are looking for something, Mr. Spock?"

"I suppose..."

"Yet, you just said you came out here for fresh air."

"I did. Yes."

"Well, that was a lie then. You are not allowed to lie. Correct?"

He scoffed ever so slightly

"I never said I lied. I did need fresh air."

You sighed in defeat.

"What are you looking for, then. If I may ask."

It was silent between you two for a moment before he began.

"A person. "

You rolled your eyes.

Spock glanced down at you.

"There is no reason to be rude, Y/N. "

"Well....who are you looking for?"

Another pause came along.

"Someone who I am afraid might be a danger to all of us, but...I am not sure."

You raised your eyebrow like Spock would.

"I assume...that means you cant tell me the name..."

"No, I can not. I dont want you-..."

he paused.

"-anyone... to be in danger. I believe I have it under control."

"Alright, Mr. Spock."

And with that, you left.

Spocks First Person POV:

He looked back slightly as you walked away so he could glance at you.

After you walked in he closed his eyes and sighed quietly.

He began to think to himself.

~Something is not right. I am not right. What is wrong with me?~

He opened his eyes to look ahead.

"Q, I hope you do not do anything that may harm anyone...her..," he said out loud quietly, in the hopes the strange Q could hear him.
