Spock allowed you to fall asleep in his arms before he carried you bridal style to his room.

As he walked through the corridors, he was given a few strange looks and a few smiles. He kept his eyes forward as he walked into his room.

Placing you on his bed, he covered you up using the plain black blanket.

Spock sat down carefully in a chair that he pulled up next to the bed. The Vulcan tapped the panel on the wall behind him.

"Doctor, I request your assistance in my quarters."

"Isn't Y/N going to be jealous?"

Spock exhaled sharply. "This is not a time for humor, Doctor"

"Yeah, alright.... I'm on my way." The sound of McCoy clearly picking up his bag was heard before he turned the intercom off.

The Vulcan looked down at you. You were laying on your side facing the direction of him as you slept.

Slowly, he grabbed your hand as he leaned back in the chair, and began to rub circles into your palm with his thumb.

"I will not allow it," he whispered to himself.

In a few minutes, Bones stepped through the door with his medical bag slung around his shoulder.

"Spock?" The Doctor saw you in the Vulcan's bed. Spock didn't acknowledge his presence as he continued to hold our hand. "Oh, okay. Spock, what happened?"

Bones prepared to pull something out of his bag.

"There is no need for that. Doctor." He gestured to him reaching for his bag. "She fell asleep."

"And you think that was a reason to call me here? Just because us humans need more sleep than your kind, don't mean we are dying every time we go to bed."

"I am aware, but she has shown me something that makes me feel worried. She believes she will die."

Bones exhaled. "So she is going through that phase. Everything goes through a time when they realize they will die one day."

"Doctor," Spock stated strictly.

McCoy's eyes widened at Spock.

"I'm sorry, Spock...just...what happened?"

"She showed me something she saw. She showed me a vision she had of her..."

"Her death," Bones finished for Spock.

Spock nodded.

"Alright, Spock. If that is all, I believe she is fine. It might be a hallucination from her new life in space, but inform me if anything else happens to her."

"Of course, Doctor."

Bones patted Spock on the shoulder before walking out of his room.

Spock let go of your hand and covered it up with the blanket. Walking over to his desk, he pulled out parchment and a pen. He began to draw you. This time was better for him, for you were actually with him.

"And we are here why, sir?"

"Well....ever since Y/N beat me in Poker, I found that the only game I'm still the best at is Go Fish."

"Well, then why wouldn't you let me bring my Scotch?"

"Because, Scotty. We all know you always have an advantage in everything if you get drunk."

Scotty chuckled at Jims comment.

"Aye. Fair enough."

Jim nodded and laughed.

"Now, do you have a two?" Jim asked.

"No, Go fi-" "Jim you might want to rethink taking Y/N with us. She aint feeling- What in the hell are you two doing?"

Jim pulled a card from the deck.

"Dammit...I dont need that," Jim shook his head, "Its Go Fish, Bones. Come. Join us if you want."

"I dont want to join in any baby games."

Jim scoffed. "Fine...what did you need?"

Bones pulled up a chair next to the table.

"Got any fives, Jim."

Kirk rolled his eyes as he passed Scotty a five. Scotty chuckled as he placed his match on the table.

"Shes been acting strange. Strange enough to where shes got the goblin acting weird as well."

"Spock always acts strange."

"Got any threes?" Scotty asked, trying to tune out the conversation.

"No, Go fish."

"God dammit, Jim! Stop playing that game and listen to me. You cant take Y/N on the mission because she thinks she is gonna die, Jim."

Scotty was surprised at the sudden news.

Jim pushed the chair back and stood up.

"Doctor...I would not let anyone die on my ship."

Bones stood as well as Scotty put his head in his hands.

"Jim, Im not saying you would want that, but...if shes got the Vulcan believing her then..."

"Where is she now?"

"With Spock. Shes fine, but...I dont know what could happen because something it obviously not right."

Jim pinched scratched the back of his neck.

"Alright...I will talk to her when she feels she can, but we are going down to meet Doran in two days...so this will need to be solved soon."

Spock finished drawing your sleeping figure. The hair that fell peacefully over your face.

As he stood up, he walked over to the bookcase where he kept the other drawing of you. He slightly smiled at the drawing, and was aware of your waking.

"You like to draw things a lot don't you, Spock?" You peered over his shoulder to see the new picture of yourself. He didn't seem embarrassed at the fact you saw the drawing.

"Yes. My mother used to tell me that drawing out things you appreciate helped the emotions was coming out. I never had the need to use this until I met...you."

You laughed as you blushed.

"I'm sorry I made you use that," you said in a joking way.

"I did not mean that as an insult." Spock said as he placed his hands behind his back in a orderly way.

"I was kidding, Spock."

"Ah," he looked down, "of course. How are you feeling?"

You thought about what he did in the cafeteria. The kiss. Him helping you.

"A lot better actually because of you."

"Yes. I am sorry about that. I didn't know what else to do. I felt as if I had to or else I wouldn't forgive myself."

You took a few steps forward until you were in front of Spock. You kissed the side of his arm since that was the only thing you could reach.

He didn't flinch at your actions, but looked down at you. He didn't smile, but you could see a hint of love in his eyes. He looked back up as he placed the picture on top of the first one he drew.
