This house is a mess." Rory stared at the toys and junk that was placed all over the room. "I wish our child could learn the wonderful skill of cleaning up." Rory laughed when she scanned the room and realized she was talking to herself. "I need help."
"What kind of help?" Jess asked as he entered the room holding two babies on the sides of his hips.
"Professional help. You look great, Lucile Ball." Rory laughed.
"Be quiet." Jess smirked.
"Ready to go?" Haeven asked. There was a small monkey backpack behind her and she carried a juice box.
"All ready." Rory said and grabbed her hand. She picked up Rosalyn and Adley's diaper bags and got her children all settled in the car.
Jess was apprehensively tapping the wheel and his overall look was hinting at worrisome. "I'm actually kind of nervous." He finally said.
"I know but it's going to be fine, okay?" Rory ensured. "We've been planning this with Logan for a while now, he just wants to meet for lunch."
Jess continued to drive and tried to push his worries aside.

They pulled up to a restaurant about 20 minutes from Hatford. They'd planned to meet Logan to just catch up and eat a meal. He was in town for business for a couple months.
When they went inside, Logan was already had a table reserved and they all took a seat.
"Hello, Logan." Rory greeted, a wide smile across her face. "How are you?"
"I'm pretty good actually, how are you guys?" Logan directed it at both of them.
"We're pretty good, a lot going on but we're overall okay."
Logan nodded. "I'm glad. How's this little girl doing?" He directed Haeven who just smiled.
"Good." She answered quietly, still a little nervous being at a new place around a new person she didn't quite remember.
"Haeven will be three in a couple of months." Rory chimed in.
"Really, three years already? I swear yesterday you carried her in your arms."
"She's really growing up fast. And the twins are going to be one year soon too."
"That's crazy. The time goes so fast."

They all got food and just chatted about different things and caught up on stuff.
When the waitress came by with dessert, Haeven's entire face lit up. "Cake!"
Just before Jess was going to say that she probably shouldn't eat any because she had too much french fries and milkshake already, Logan piped up.
"One sweet piece of cake for the sweet little girl." Logan said. He grabbed the plate and handed it over to Haeven who immediately began eating.
Jess glanced at Rory who knew was thinking the same thing as her.
"Ocklate so ummy." Haeven said through a mouthful of cake.
"Don't talk with your mouth full, babe." Rory reminded.
After finishing her cake and having a considerable amount of chocolate on her cheeks, chin, and some on her nose.
"Let's get you cleaned up." Rory picked up her messy-faced yet-adorable child to the bathroom to wash off her face.
