Tatlong taon bago ito natapos sa wakas! And it's only part one of a two-part series (yeppppp naku masokista ako that way). 

For a while I thought na hindi no kayang tapusin ito because of this thing called life and adulting. But NEVER EVER make that an excuse--note to self! If writing really is a passion, we let time adjust to it, we find time, and not make excuses. Dahyummm... motivational speech ba itey??

I have to admit... I've always wanted to write a HISTORICAL FANFIC. Nyahahaha. Mas lalo akong nagkaroon ng lakas na loob nang binasa ko ang "Katipunero and I" in pinayblonde (go check it out! I think she also goes as Rayi Suh). I MEAN, the genre IS REAL. Time-travel stories are a beast in its own. 

Also, I have always been a fan of history, lalo na sa Philippine Revolutionary period. Needless to say, my fav national hero is OUR BOIIIII EMILIO JACINTO, followed by Andres Bonifacio... nakaladkad na lang sina Macario Sakay and Aurelio Tolentino into the mix because I was also inspired by the TV show "Katipunan" by GMA News and Public Affairs, at doon nakabase ang aking cast. I mean... ngayon, nasa teleserye na si Sid Lucero ("Ang Probinsyano" na may forever lol), naging MMFF 2016 entry ang "Kabisera" kung nag-star si RJ Agustin, Jerald Napoles is best known for his roles in "Rak of Aegis" na stage production, and VJ Mendoza has appeared in various commercials. The boys have reached far and after all that, doon din ang HGH na nag-mutate into something else. Hahahahuhuhu.

Last but not the least, ang ating Oriang na si Glaiza de Castro na nagpanggap na Pirena sa "Encantadia!"

It has been three years, and what a ride it has been! And as I've said before, I'd like to thank everyone who's been part of this--readers, voters, commenters, mga nangungulit, mga naiinip ahahaha... I LOVE YOU ALL.

Now, another mountain to climb for "Heroes Gone Haywire" Book 2! Actually supposed to be trilogy siya but hmmm I need to be realistic and takes things one at a time. As in andami ko pang ongoing na kuwento wahahaha... at least may Book 1 na natapos? Not technically a finished work since may sequel, but at least, right? AHAHAHA
