Eren smiled, pulling his Heichou closer to him, craving the warmth of his beloved. A low grumble escaped said ravenette as he did so, earning an ever sided smile from the titan shifter. Levi beside him shifted and snuggled deeper into Eren's chest.
The sun was just setting outside, a warm and dark light bleeding through and out across the bed. A low hum erupted from Eren, Levi digging his chin into the teen's shoulder. Usually so tough, Eren loved seeing this side of his superior. Sensing the smirk on his lips, said Captain kicked him gently before wrapping his leg around his waist, once more trying to pull him closer. They couldn't seem to get close enough.
The sheets pooled gently around them and Eren sighed happily as he breathed in his lover's scent. A slight stir made the teen groan. Opening one eye, he saw Levi lifting the sheets up higher to drape their shoulders.
After paying them up and relaxing back into his spot, Levi noticed Eren watching him. They didn't say a word as they shared look. Both staring into the others eyes.
Neither could tell who said it first. The sheets rustled gently, the gap between them closing as they pressed their foreheads together, never breaking their stare. Eren's eyes sparked. Levi let a smile grace his pale lips.
They were so close. Their lips maybe an inch or two apart.
"I love you."
