"Daddy!"
"Hmm..."
Eren giggled and sat down on Levi's lap, kissing his husband on the cheek as he turned to look at what he was holding.
"I got paper work baby boy. I can't play right now." The raven haired man sighed regrettably. Eren pouted before laying his head on his shoulder.
"Can I have some juice juice then?" He asked. Levi chuckled softly before saying yes, brushing his fingers through the younger boy's messy brown hair. "Yay!" He cheered, jumping up and running to the fridge. He waited for Levi to catch up with a giggle as the shorter man walked into the kitchen with a shake of his head.
"Stop running in the house, you could hurt yourself you're so clumsy." He said, clicking his tongue. Eren just giggled again and waited for him to pout him his apple juice.
"Here ya go." Levi hummed as he set down a sippy cup full of the fruity liquid.
Eren cheered and jumped up and down, grabbing the cup and running to the living room. "What did I- never mind." Levi sighed as he walked after him to finish his work.
Sitting down at the desk in the living room, Levi went to work and Eren drank his juice. The green eyed boy was practically inhaling the juice more then drinking it.
"Hey! Slow down or you could-"
Levi didn't get to finish as Eren started to coughing and wheezing, his chest convulsing from his lungs trying to expel the juice. "Eren!" The older man shouted, his eyes wide as he jumped up and ran to the younger.
He held him in his arms and brought his hand down in his back, trying to stop the coughing. "Arms above your head! Arms above your head!" He ordered. Eren nodded as his body shook. Finally his breathing returned to normal and he was flushed.
"D-daddy... Eren is sweepy now..."
Levi sighed in relief, patting him on his back gently and carrying him to his bedroom. "Don't scare me like that brat... " He murmured, not really meaning it. Eren just mumbled in his sleep as his face went back to its usual shade of golden brown.
Levi didn't want to take the chance of him hurting himself again so he put his work to the side and lied down next to his baby boy.
But the next day...
"Daddy! I want my juice juice!"
"I don't know... "
"Pwease?"
Levi sighed and got up to get him his juice.
"Don't fucking choke this time."
