You quickly wiped down the table at the restaurant you worked at, you only had ten minutes and then you could go home to your boyfriend who had only just got off of tour. You two had planned to have takeaway and cuddle and watch movies-
A smile plastered itself on your face at the thought.
"Y/N!" Your elder yelled over to you. "Can you lead the next customers to their table please?"
You nodded and put the cloth into the waistband you wore and dusted your hands off as you walked over to the entrance of the restaurant. You looked up and smiled brightly, knowing that eyesmiles were a good way to go to get tips, good customer service-
"Hello, how many..." Your chirpy voice slowly lost life as he stood there, a pretty female stood beside him.
"Just two." He was once smiling, his smile faulting when he realised that it was you stood there and not some other waitress or waiter.
"Right this way." You forced a smile onto your lips as your whole world came crashing down around you when you saw their hands linked, their fingers locked.
"You didn't have to treat me out here Oppa..." She giggled softly. You pulled both their chairs out for them, holding back the tears.
"It's my treat. I haven't seen you since tour so..." His voice didn't hold emotion as you noticed he was doing everything to avoid eye contact with you.
"I'm going off my shift now, so if you want anything please let my colleagues know." Your voice broke, you quickly bowed at them both and practically ran past everybody to the door labelled 'Staff Only'.
Once you got in there you sunk down on the bench in the changing rooms, your tears finally flowing. You reached into your pocket and called the one number you knew you could rely on.
"Hello?" His voice resonated through the phone and a sob left your lips.
"Y-Yoongi!" You sobbed harder, the images flashing through your mind of them two together.
Why did he come here? He knew I work here!
"Hey. What's wrong?" His voice was instantly laced in concern.
"J-Jimin ch-" You cut yourself off. Unable to say the word, you didn't want to believe it, you didn't have to believe it if you didn't want to-
"You're in work aren't you?" He sighed, you imagined him running a hand through his dyed hair.
"Yes..." You sniffled, wiping your tears away with the back of your hand. Your makeup had probably ran by now-
"I'll be there in twenty. I'll have to meet you outside though unless you want a scene to go down." You mumbled some sort of agreement and he hung up. You quickly changed out of your uniform and then headed to the desk, clocking off your shift.
You went the bathroom and washed your make-up off and tied your hair up in a pony before walking out and past their table. Of course you sat them on the path to get out-
"Jimin Oppa..." She giggled softly. He lent across the table, a look on his face that he only gave you when he was going to give you a passionate kiss- You looked away and walked out the front of the restaurant as Yoongi pulled up.
The car door opened and you slid in.
"I won't talk to you about it until we're at my studio, okay?" He asked. You nodded and he smiled softly, the radio on in the background as you strapped yourself in and he drove off.
At the studio, he was sat on the desk chair, his headphones on and you just wanted to be comforted at this moment.
You and Yoongi had been close since you were kids, you both moved to Seoul together. A small request from his parents. They didn't want him to be alone when he came here from Busan, so here you were. So when you wiggled under his arms and sat on his lap, your legs either side of his waist he simply let out a low chuckle.
"Tired?" He pulled the headphones around his neck, one of his hands settling on your back the other still clicking away at the computer. You nodded and he pulled you close.
"It hurts Yoongs..." You felt him tense around you slightly, the only time you ever called him that was when you were really heartbroken-
"I know, I'm here now though. You should sleep, it'll help you." His voice was quiet.
"Can you rap for me?" You rested your head on his shoulder and he nodded chuckling.
"Of course." He spoke quietly and started rapping So Far Away. You smiled closing your eyes, enjoying his rapping.
Yoongi
I smiled as she stilled in my arms, my heart swelling as the tiniest of snores left her lips. I reached for my phone and pulled it out, turning it onto selfie mode and took a picture of her cuddled against me and smiled. It didn't have my face in, but she just looked so cute-
Stop it Yoongi. She's heartbroken.
I sighed pulling the headphones on and looked down at her frail frame. I couldn't just come onto her when she's just witnessed her boyfriend of a year cheating on her.
"I'll protect you." I mumbled quietly. "Nobody will hurt you again."
