Warning: Death
You smiled holding the photo in your hands of you and the boys, the skin on your hands old and wrinkled, frail and thin as you smiled happily to yourself one last time. "I'll see you all soon..." You closed your eyes, feeling the fatigue take over you and lull you into eternal rest.
You smiled as you sat in the dorms with the boys, watching the latest episode of one of the shows you all enjoyed. You all watched intently until you felt something hit the back of your head. You turned and saw a piece of popcorn on the floor and you saw Jungkook trying not to laugh behind his pillow. You raised an eyebrow, before picking up the same piece and throwing it back.
"Oh it's on now-" Jungkook smirked.
"Here they go again." Yoongi chuckled.
...
You sang along with the music in the car as you all were squashed in as you drove along the coastline. The summer breeze pouring through the windows. The boys all sang along with the radio, all of you laughing and goofing off which was nothing unusual for the eight of you.
...
You waited patiently at the airport for them along with the fans that patiently and calmly waited for them to walk out the door. But you felt deep inside of you that something wasn't right. They were meant to have landed an hour ago, at first the staff had simply told you that it was delayed due to weather conditions. But you hadn't heard anything else.
"C'mon guys..." You whispered, fingering the locket the boys had gotten you for your birthday last year. You saw an airline staff come up to you, a solemn look on their face as they asked to speak to you out of the fans direct line of sight. You nodded and followed her into the office and she sighed softly.
"I need to inform you, that we have suspicions that the plane has gone missing." She spoke softly. "It's last radio call was forty minutes ago, it should have radio called two times since and we've heard nothing, and neither have any other control centres."
You felt your world crumble at this. The seven best friends you had met completely at chance, who had took a liking to you, had gone. Just like that.
"Feel free to stay in here, we will give it another half an hour before we call the aircraft missing. But we have strong suspicions."
You nodded. "T-Thank you..."
"I'll send in someone to sit with you? And some water."
"That... that would be great thanks..."
...
"Boy band legends BTS on missing flight 3856 have had a memorial made outside company building. It's been three weeks since the plane last made contact with the ground-"
You turned the TV off, pulling your knees closer to your chest.
...
"Y/N?" The voice startled you and you opened your eyes seeing Jungkook stood there. "Guys! It's Y/N!" Your eyes widened as you saw six other boys come up behind him.
"It's a pleasure to see you again." Namjoon grinned.
"Y-You guys-" Your eyes widened.
"Sorry for leaving you so soon Y/N." Jimin hugged you tightly.
"It wasn't our intention, we promise. We planned to live till we were all old and grey together." Taehyung offered a smile as he joined in the hug, tears rolled down your cheeks.
"You lived it out though, you were old and grey and still as beautiful as the day we all met you." Hoseok smiled. Soon their arms all wrapped around you.
"But we're with you forever now. And we won't ever leave." Seokjin smiled.
"Forever and always, the eight of us versus the world." Yoongi grinned.
