I finished up in the room and my back was killing me by now. I smiled as I looked around, quite pleased with myself to say the least. I went down where Abigail was sitting calmly and sipping her coffee; the aroma scented the air and hit my nose causing my stomach to grumble. She chuckled. "I take it you're hungry now?"
"Yeah," I smiled meekly, "That room. Killed. Me." I muttered plopping down on the couch as she smiled getting up and getting me something to eat, "I figured it must have been bad after you took more than two hours. I heard thumps and bumps all over upstairs, and by the way you look I swear you must have been through a war."

"It was more than I thought, I had to wash the clothing too so it was quite busy for me." I answered eating the much needed food. "Yeah, by the time I was done it was only about an hour." She chuckled with a grin as I rolled my eyes, "Lucky you. I never even asked, how was the first day of school?"
"Fun, confusing but fun. Niall kept it interesting." she smiled as I raised a brow at her. "I'm sure he did. You two must have found the empty janitors closets extremely helpful." I smirked as she blushed slightly, "Hm, ask me no questions and I'll tell you no lies."
I laughed at the response and shook my head, just as the door burst open and with the cold gust of wind, in blew the boys.

"Niall, how did it go?" Abby asked as I furrowed my eyebrows worriedly, Liam was badly bruised with blood on his shirt but he was just fine as he walked so I assumed it was someone else's or he was just used to getting hurt. Louis, Zayn and Niall were scratched up and Zayn had a horrible bite mark on his leg. "What happened to you?" I asked worriedly as he shook his head, "A dog attacked and the police had almost caught up with us. We managed to make it away but we didn't have the time to take the money." Zayn explained with a devastating frown. Abigail looked mad, she pulled Niall to the chair and checked him over. "Do you need anything?" she asked coldly as he shook his head with a frown. "Where's Ha-" I was about to ask, when Harry pushed past the boys limping as he hunched forward mumbling his 'excuse me' while quickly speeding up to the room shutting the door in the process.

"Harry!" I called after him with a frown as the boys sighed and recollected themselves. "We need to take it slow with the food for now Abigail." Louis spoke rigidly as he rinsed his facer. "We wont have money for a while and we can't go out yet. Not while they're in hot pursuit." Liam concluded and she nodded. "Is this all you survive on? Are you serious?" I questioned and Niall nodded. "Why do you think, we do this because we're bored?" he asked narrowing his eyes at me as Abigail hit his arm. "Hush. Go get out of that clothes so I can check for anything and clean you up," she muttered under her breath as he rolled his eyes walking to his room and she followed.

I made my way to Harry's room knocking on the door cautiously. "Harry?" I asked, silence. "Harry can I come in?" I frowned as no answer came once more. In a panic I walked in anyway as he looked up quietly looking back down. "What's wrong?" I asked switching on the light as he turned his back to me and continued to ignore me. "Harry..." I frowned making my way to him sitting down next to him quietly. Maybe now was the time to try and put those tactics to the test. This would either end up a huge success or a massive failure. I sighed trying once more to get his attention but he seemed to be fixed on his thoughts rather than me.

"Harry..." I mumbled with a small welcoming smile as I took his hand, as they had said in his therapy report. He lifted his eyes and stared at me from under his eyelashes, his hand suddenly becoming less tense and his body calming down. "Please tell me what's wrong?" I asked calmly as a small frown softened his face, "I've failed them. Now we have to restrict ourselves and I need to find a way to get hold of more money so we can buy some food before it runs out but because we got fucking caught- Urgh!" he exclaimed hitting his head as I pulled his hand away. "Don't, don't do that. No, you didn't fail them okay. It's gonna be fine. I'll help we'll find a way." I mumbled with furrowed eyebrows as I continued to rub his hand. It was working, the book was right.

He cringed as he tried to move himself and I narrowed my eyes at his movements, directing my eyes towards his free hand which was placed on his arm. "Hand me that pillow for a sec..." I said in an effort to make him move his other arm, but instead he took his hand from mine and grabbed it with that one, keeping the other on his arm. "Show me your arm." I demanded as he was clearly trying to hide something. "Here's the pillow." he muttered pretending I had said nothing. "Please Harry, show me your arm. I'm going to see either way." I sighed as he dropped his head turning it away from me as if he were ashamed and let go of his arm; only to reveal a deep hole in his arm, blood falling from it as a bullet was lodged in his arm.

My mouth gaped open at the sight, "Oh my gosh- Are you okay, Oh my..." I exclaimed stopping myself as I noticed his drawn back attitude, I was making him uncomfortable now. I get that he doesn't want to seem weak, but sometimes its fine to be hurt. "C'mon I'll fix that up and we can go talk downstairs you can figure out how to get the money." I suggested as he nodded quietly, getting up and walking to the bathroom. I'm sure I can get hold of some money or utilities or food whatever they need, but he's not going to accept my help. He's too prideful. I followed him and took some tweezers pulling out the bullet slowly. Throughout the process he was quiet, not a sound, or movement. I washed his arm and got a bandage wrapping it tightly around him. I didn't know how to treat this but a doctor wasn't an option and Harry said he had dealt with bullets before, as had the others. I doubted it since I hadn't seen any bullet marks on his body but decided to give him the satisfaction of thinking I believed him.

"Thank you." he muttered walking back to the bedroom. "We going down?" I asked as he stayed quiet sitting on the bed looking at the floor with a nod. I could tell he was in pain, in more ways than one. "I'll be right back." I sighed walking down and getting some tea with a pain pill crushed in it. I know its not the best way to give to someone but its the only way he's gonna take it; without knowing. I went back up as I walked towards him, closing the door handing him the tea. "Here you go," I smiled softly as he looked up at me taking it and drinking it. "Thanks." he whispered as I nodded in response. "Y'know what, we don't have to go down and talk to them now. Get undressed and get into bed. It's late and the lads and Abby are already off to bed." I lied but I had a feeling he knew I was lying, he got undressed switching off the light anyway.

He was surprisingly easy to handle tonight, I guess he really must be disappointed in himself. As he took off his shirt, I noticed why he was walking funnily, his ankle was bruised, as was his lower stomach. I frowned at the sight, whoever did that must have meant to seriously hurt them. When I didn't know any of them I would have wanted the same thing, but now my thoughts were starting to change. "Lay down." I said softly as he made his way to bed, I went to the bathroom and grabbed a cloth putting it in hot water and rinsing it off, so it was still hot enough. Then went to the bed and got in under the blankets next to him. "Can you turn on your side towards me real quick, please?" I asked trying to convince him to listen to me once more and he complied. Turning around as I held my breath taking the hot cloth, placing it on his bruised stomach. I started putting pressure on it as he cringed, tightly shutting his eyes and burying his head in my lap. I frowned rubbing his head with my free hand and continuing to tend to his bruise with my other. In the darkness I noticed him rocking slowly as he tried to distract himself from the pain.

I slouched down, until I was laying in bed with my hand still firmly on his stomach with the hot cloth. He stayed still eyes tightly shut as I stared at him. He was so vulnerable right now and it was make or break. I kissed his head taking my hand away from his bruise and wrapping it around him as his head rested firmly in my neck, his body moving along with his sobs. I ran my hands through his hair soothingly until the pill eventually kicked in and he was out.
