"Hello princess. Rise and shine. You've got an hour." The ringing of the bars sent a shiver through my spine as my body shot up in the bed. "What the fuck?" I groaned rubbing my still-adjusting eyes with the base of my palms. "I wouldn't be wasting time if I were you. Get up and let's go. An hour tops is all I can give you and you'd better shut up about this." The same dick of a guard opened my cell gate.

"An hour for what you asshole." I sighed standing up wrapping the blanket around me. "I like the nickname, but during work hours let's keep it professional and call me Steve okay princess. Now move your tight ass." He spat licking his bottom lip as I frowned following him while he handcuffed me and pulled me towards the source of the cold, where two other guard were stood at a door. "What is th-" I mumbled as my heart rate doubled over and I took a step back. "Just shut up and move!" Steve scolded as he opened the metal door and shoved me through it. The slightest bit of sunlight was covered by dark thick clouds and the air was thin, icy to some extent. "You've got an hour. And the cuffs stay on. And remember. I'm watching you." He growled as he stepped closer to me. I frowned at stepping back. "What is th-"
"-Monique. Turn around." My head shot round and my eyes landed straight on the source of the same voice I used to fear, but now I found my peace in. I watched silently as the scruffy brunette gave the smallest of smirks and shifted on the table top of the yard bench. "Harry... what? You're out here, but?"
"Come here." He replied as I smiled softly walking towards him. His brows knot together furiously as he darted his eyes towards Steve. "You couldn't have taken her cuffs off? She's harmless."
"My rules." He shrugged. "Take it, or leave it."
I sighed. "Harry it's okay I'm here that should count for more than anything. You organised this?"
"Yeah. Come here." He rasped as he lifted his arms manoeuvring with the cuffs so that I could move underneath them and straddle his lap. He held his hands at my lower back with a small sigh leaving his parted lips. An odd turn of events ending up in this position with him. In every sense of the way.

"So... thank you for the blanket. It really helped." I breathed quietly looking down at the prison jumpsuit clinging to his chest. "Thank you isn't needed. You're okay. S'what matters." he shrugged looking at me with the same cold, lustful eyes.
"What you wrote at the end of-"
A loud groan left his lips as he rolled his eyes and threw his head back. I stifled a laugh as he stared at the sky. "Please let's not talk about this..."
"I know you don't like dealing with emotion and stuff, but you can't just write me that letter and expect me to not ask about it."
"Fine. Fine... I wrote it because I had to get it off my chest okay. If I was gonna go down I wasn't gonna leave any stone unturned. And after everything I've put you and your family through you deserve to know the truth."
"Well... you were right. It's not right to say I love you in a note. So I want you to say it and I'll be satisfied." I mumbled, keeping my face as serious as I could, but couldn't help the impending grin which threatened to escape as his face contorted into a sour mess. "No."
"C'mon. Harry it's the least I deserve after everything. It's been all I've wanted for months. To hear you say it to me. Genuinely, not sarcastically, say it to me. No tough guy attitude. No fights. No arguments. I just wanna hear it." I frowned lifting my hands to rub his cheek, his head jolted back slightly out of reflex, but he soon calmed into my touch. "Fine...love you." He muttered beneath his breath looking at whatever else he could besides me.

"I'm sorry who are you talking to 'cause it's not me clearly... I didn't hear that." I pressed moving my hips closer to his groin as his eyes widened. I knew he hadn't had any in a while and touching him would drive him nuts. "Monique. Don't."
"Harry, please."

He sighed, "Fine. Fine, okay. I'll say it, but we don't bring this up again; I love you." And like that I swear I could feel my heart hit the walls of my ribcage. I smiled heartily, "I love you, too." In a sad attempt to hug him, my cuffs had gotten in the way and I shook my head slowly, rolling my eyes.  "Its okay." He chuckled, for the first time in a long time, he smiled.

"So now that the truth is out...please tell me that we are getting out of here..." I spoke softly, weary of Steve's presence only but a few feet away. "Monique, I told you. I'm gonna be in here for a very long time if not for life. And you need to move on."
"No!" I scolded, earning a glare from Steve and a tight grip from Harry. "Shut up. I may be in cuffs, but that doesn't mean I can't make a way to keep you in order." He added lowly as he watched me, and suddenly the Harry I knew was back. "Sorry." I sighed softly, drawing back and playing with the hem of my sleeve. Harry huffed softly in annoyance and shook his head, "Look up. Listen, I was serious about you getting away. You need to use that money to build a life for yourself."
"Harry I don't want to and you're not gonna force me to go. I'm getting us out of here. All of us." I countered as I stared into the green of his eyes, which by now had mimicked the grey skies and grass just behind the prison gates. "I can't give you everything you dream of okay! I can get you the house and the food, but I can't be what you need. Hell, I couldn't even say I loved you to your face a few minutes ago."
"Its not about that Harry. I don't need you to be something you're not, I just want you why is it so hard to accept that I love you!"
"Because I don't even love me!" He spat as my eyes softened and his chest rose and fell slower each time. "But I do... I mean sure I grew up wanting a nice house, lots of pets and a husband like all the princesses in the storybooks, but Harry life is not a storybook and I've understood that all my life."
"Let's get married then."
My mind froze as I replayed the words which had just fallen from his lips over and over and over again. "W-What?"
"Lets get married then." He said once more. Calm and relaxed as if he hadn't just struggled to say he loved me. "You...you wanna marry me?"

"Yes. Right here. Before our lives go to shit if you're not gonna give up then let me give you your dream in whatever time I have left before I get locked up." I couldn't stop the smile from radiating from my face as he searched my face for an answer. "Yeah...okay. Yes. Let's do it. Let's get married." I smiled placing my lips on his, as I kissed him slowly. Our lips hadn't met for the longest time through a bitter fight, but our kiss had never tasted this sweet.
