"Hey Harry?" I broke the silence as I watched his muscular, tattooed arm flex while he tightened a bandage around the knuckles on each hand. Something he had done, in case he needed to fight or had just gotten out of one.
His emerald orbs lifted to meet my gaze; signalling me to speak as he continued with his efforts to protect his hands.

"Who is Red and why are we meeting up with it? Is there trouble?" I asked quietly with a slight nervousness in my tone. "No. There's no trouble. Don't ask too many questions, okay. Red is another gang. Every once in a while we merge and meet up to unwind, if you may." he shrugged searching his drawers for something fresh to wear I presume. "Why are you all stocking up? Where are you meeting?" I asked quietly as he stayed silent for a while. "That's on a need to know basis."

"I thought I was supposed to be going with you?" I was confused as to why I couldn't know where, when I'd be seeing the place anyway. "You are. You'll be blindfolded. I cant have you knowing our routes." he muttered coldly as if it were the most natural thing in the world to say. I opened my mouth to speak, but something inside me had told me it was better if I just shut up.

A few moments had passed and I watched him.
Studied him. Every bit of him.

From the way he furrowed his brows, to the way his lips slightly parted when he wasn't paying attention. He wasn't all that bad. Or so I forced myself onto thinking. Maybe I was becoming crazy enough to believe it. "I don't think you've gone soft." I found myself whispering out as he stopped his actions like a meerkat that heard a predator.

"What?"

"What Niall said... I don't think you've gone soft. I think you're just allowing yourself to calm and be you for once. Thank you." my voice had come out in just above a whisper as I stood up and hugged his back, which then immediately caused him to freeze up.

"Mon-"
"I know. Get off," I smiled graciously and took a step back, "just thought you needed to hear that."

I watched as Harry searched his room and pulled up a strip of material. A small grin plastered his face as he tied the material around my head covering my eyes. "Harry...I didn't pack anything in yet," I mumbled standing still as I blindly kept my arms out. "Not my problem. Get moving." he rasped tugging my arm as he quickly sped down the stairs with no regard to my impaired vision. Earning a few slips from me, nearly falling.

"Are we ready to go?" I listened closely to my surroundings as Liam's deep voice echoed throughout the house, followed by various shuffling. "Let's move. Or we'll be late." Zayn's words filled the air and before I knew it, I was being shoved forward. I was immensely scared of walking since walking without vision meant falling, and its not like these guys would help me.

"Monique could you be any slower?" Harry whined irritably as his grip on my arm tightened. I winced and tried my best to keep up, but the ground was uneven. Rocky, more like. "Harry, mate. Speed up!" I heard Louis mutter from quite a distance away and I had realised we were lagging behind. "Oh fuck me." Harry grunted underneath his breath and I felt my body being lifted and tossed over his shoulder. "What a lovely alternative to just taking the damn blindfold off." I sighed sarcastically as Harry jabbed his shoulder up which was situated under my stomach. "Okay, okay. No need to get violent." I pouted as my body began to hop, which made me slightly nauseous to say the least. Harry had begun to run and need I say, how terrifying it is to not know where you are or whether you would fall and die or not.

"Lads, call out." Harry's chest vibrated as he spoke and within seconds I heard a loud animal call. An unidentifiable one, it was loud and terrifying and made my body stiffen. More calls erupted. "Harry what's happening?" I whispered just loud enough for him to hear. "Reds here."

My body was set down on a hard surface as the wind enveloped my skin. The blindfold immediately ripped off of my face, as a breathtakingly terrifying view came into sight. I stared out at the horizon as the trees waved their arms in harmony below me. The cliff I was situated on being the only thing between me and my ultimate painful death. It was beautiful. As I turned I noticed a group of people, women and men clothed in torn denim and leather, with clay markings on their faces. They must be Red.

"Oi, Oi. New catch?" A girl walked forward as she licked her teeth and flashed me a grin. "Off limits." Harry spoke almost immediately, causing a small pout to take over the girl's lips. "..Yeah for now." Niall muttered under his breath, yet purposefully loud enough for everyone to hear.

"Oh, ruff." Another blonde haired girl laughed as she flicked a toothpick from her mouth. "Niall baby, I like it. You're back on it." she smiled as Niall flashed her a smirk with a not-so-subtle wink.
"I'm going for a walk." Abigail growled holding onto her arms as Niall quickly gripped her forearm dragging her back. "You're going nowhere."

A frown plastered her face as he sat down on a fallen tree which was set around a bonfire and pulled her down alongside him. My mind raced as I stared at the strange pack of inhumane humans before me. They seemed different to Harry and his gang of imbeciles. Yet so similar. "So what's your deal?" the blonde sat beside me, beer in both hands as she swallowed a huge gulp, tossing the other in my lap and laid on the ground beside me, propping herself up on her elbows as the wind danced through her hair. "My deal?" I muttered unsure of what to tell her. How do you explain being kidnapped and falling for your rapist who held you hostage?

"Yeah. Your deal. How long you been here?" She spoke without looking at me. I sat back in wonder. "I...I don't know." I mumbled sadly, my heart broke as I realised time was no longer a perception of mine. "Well. Welcome. You're pretty...in your own way. A...different kind of pretty." She chuckled as I shook my head rolling my eyes at the insulting compliment. "Thanks." I huffed softly as I stared up at the orange and red hues of cloud above me. "Alana."

"Huh?" I questioned turning to the scruffy blonde beauty. "Names Alana. What's yours?"
"M..." I questioned whether or not to give her my actual name. I knew nothing about these people. "Mmm what? Is your name M? Your parents name you after the sound they made to make you?" She chuckled at her own joke way harder than she should have. "Monique." I breathed out after her laughing had become an irritation to my ear. I stared at the cold drink on my lap and took a sip. The bitter brew seemed a calming sedative.

"Nice to meet you. I hope you last."
"What is this? And I know I shouldn't ask questions, but why do they meet up with you?" I asked turning to face Alana as she glanced at me once and took another sip. "Just a get together we do once in a while when the nights right. We protect each other. And we can't exactly hang with people in town without fear. We understand each other... Some...more than others." She nodded her head towards the boys and Niall who was blatantly flirting with a steady grip on his girlfriends wrist. "Do all of them do that?" I asked quietly, my heart sinking slightly at the thought of Harry doing that to anyone in front of my face. "Yes. Usually. This is a no rules, no feelings area. Yeah there's love, but not exclusively. I've been with all of them. The fucks good, but that's about all that's good. Their more dull than a wall of rocks." she chuckled, my fists clenched as I bit down on my teeth.

"They're good people..."
"Good people are overrated." she rolled her eyes getting up, directing her attention to Harry who was walking with two girls on his side. "Look how good he is."

I frowned turning around to face edge of the cliff. Alana laughed as she placed a hand on my shoulder. "Calm down little Muppet. I'm sure he won't be long." her hand left my body and the stones crumbled beneath her feet with every step she took. Then it stopped. "Hey Muppet..." I turned my head slowly as she cleared her throat. "Just...call if you need me. I'm right here." She muttered with a gentleness in her voice. I merely nodded as she walked off. I leaned into my arms as a fit of giggles erupted from behind me. "Hehe hehe!" I imitated quietly, rolling my eyes at the girly sluts behind me, staring at the setting sun.
