Third person POV

Daniel grabbed rope and tied up west to a chair, then put him in the basement. The dimly illuminated room wasn't finished, and only held a few chairs and a table. Daniel pushed wests bound body down the stairs.
His body thumped down the steps, leaving various bruises on his body. The ropes were tied tightly enough to leave red marks on his limbs.
Daniel left wests body at the bottom of the steps and locked the basement door to go retrieve his knife.
The door cracked open and a blinding light filled West's eyes.
Ocean blue eyes froze to icy rage that pierced West's soul. "I know what you did," Daniel said in a low, dark tone opposed to the light happy voice he usually had.
Wests eyes widened at Daniel slowly stalking down the steps.
"You are deceiving her. Something she doesn't deserve." At this moment, everything about Daniel promised eternal pain and suffering. There was no kindness in his body, only the dark shadow of anguish. Daniel dragged wests body into a random chair and tied his limbs into the legs.
No one could hear West's cries for help under the rope over his mouth.
Daniel leaned down and whispered into his ear, "but you deserve so much worse."
The knives were lined up on the table, their sharpened, silver blades stared at West.
"Which one should we start with first?" Daniel picked up a serrated knife and examined it. "This should be fine, as long as you answer my questions, everything will be fine." Daniel walked over to West. "I'm going to take off the rope and if you try to call for help, I will make it so much worse. Now let's begin." Daniel slid the cold metal blade to wests thigh. "What did you do to betray Kourtney?"
West said nothing, but kept an eye on the knife digging into his flesh.
"I'll ask again, what did you do?" Daniel sliced wests thigh, a long thin trail of blood appeared and West let out a cry.
"I-I'm cheating on her" West spit out.
"There it is. Now, with who exactly? I have my suspicions, but I want to hear it from you." Daniel picked up another knife and held it to wests throat.
Wests breathing quickened.
Daniel dug the knife deep enough for him to bleed, but not kill him...yet.
West remained silent.
"I asked, who are you with?" Daniel dug the knife deeper into his neck.
"I don't think you'll do it, Seavey. If you know what I did. Then tell the little whore, but you won't hear who else is involved. Not from me."
Daniels gaze was empty as he shoved the rope into West's mouth and stabbed him in the right shoulder.
Wests muffled cry sounded from beneath the rope.
Daniel's arm shot to his left arm, twisting it and pulling it behind his now limp body. Daniel slashed his arm open, the cut showed the glowing white bone and blood spilled on the floor. Daniel slashed the other arm, pain shot through West's body.
After Daniel slashed open wests arms and legs, he threw west on the floor. Soon West's back was marred with three large gashes. All three going across the back, from the left shoulder to the right hip. He took his sweet time, adding smaller, deep marks into the plane of skin.
Wests body was jerked up by Daniel, his weak body barely able to stand. Daniel pressed the knife to West's torso, angling the blade up, and drove the blade home, under his rib cage, into his heart.
West's body fell to the floor, void of any life that was once there. Now the body, once named West, laid on the floor lifeless.
Daniel took the knife and cut straight down his stomach, revealing West's organs. Daniel carved out each and every one. Finally, he carved out his once beating heart. Daniel looked at the thing once pumping lifeblood, yet only as big as his hand.
Daniel closed his fingers around the heart and crushed it. The flesh dropped to the floor and was crushed under his foot.

West woke up, breathing heavily. Sweat ran down his body. A figure sat on the other chair, laid back scrolling through his phone.
West's head jerked up when he realized who it was. His body was drained as his limbs scrambled off the couch and stood up. Taking small subtle steps towards the door, shaking.
"Hey, dude are you okay. You kind of knocked out and you look like you've just seen a murder." Daniel joked. His blue eyes held a knowing gaze as they followed West's hands frantically reaching for his hoodie and keys.
"Haha, yeah no man I'm fine." West high-pitched voice made Daniels eyebrows raise.
"Are you sure, because you're pale and shaking."
"Yeah, no I'm fine, I'm sure. I'm just going to leave. I think my mom needs me."
"Well, okay goodbye then. And tell your...uh...mom...I said hi," Daniel called as wests shaky hands scrambled for the door handle and rushed out.
West took a deep breath and speed walked to his car. He threw open the door and sat down before his phone started to ring. Two emojis popped onto the screen as West backed out.
