6:00am WDW House

I unlocked the door slowly, making sure it didn't creak. Nadia trailed in after me, her hair still wet from her "wake up call".

I placed the bag on the floor and made sure the tray of cupcakes wasn't going to fall before softly closing the front door of the Why Don't We house. I brought them over for the boys. It was Logan's birthday today and he was coming over later. Nadia brought in a box of cookies and placed them in the kitchen along with the cupcakes.

"Are you ready?" Nadia asked me.

"I'm readier than they are. Now be quiet, you are going to wake them all up." I shushed her and tiptoed up the stairs, bag in hand.

"Work quickly, we don't have a lot of time." I warned.

We moved door to door setting up our traps.

In Jonah's room, glitter littered the floor and sticks from outside were set up at random parts of his room. I taped saran wrap on the doorframe and smeared Vaseline onto the surface, thinning it out to make it clearer.

A small clear wire was placed at the bottom of Zach's door way.

Corbyn's devices were hidden away in my car. Cardboard cutouts took their place.

Jack's entire closet was emptied of clothes and shoes (also hidden in my car) and was filled with various types of ramen noodles.

For Daniel, I was nice. Of course, we still did something. His entire room was filled with party decorations. Streamers stretched across the floor, balloons hung from the ceiling and confetti was thrown everywhere. Streamers hung in the doorframe.

"Daniel's room looked like a unicorn had a child." Nadia walked out of the colorful room. "Yeah, I know. Let's start on everything else."

Soon, Zach's hairspray was replaced with wash-out hair dye, as well as his shampoo. Every food item in the house, besides the cupcakes and cookies, were replaced with sprite bottles filled with seltzer water, chocolate, and ramen noodles. A can of beans had Corbyn's name taped onto the front and was left in the kitchen.

Various pictures of poodles were taped around the house.

Nadia helped unroll a window sticker that made it look like the glass was shattered. Speakers were set up to go off at 7:15 with the sound the sirens.

We had 15 minutes until they went off.

"Alright, Nadia, are you ready?" I whispered.

We each had bags in hand, full of Legos.

"Ready." She nodded and tiptoed into Corbyn's room while I went to Zach's.

Legos were dumped on the floor. There was no part of the floor where he could step that wouldn't have Legos.

We finished it off in Jack's shower head, which was filled with dark red food dye, so when he turned it on, it would look like blood. Jonah's was the same, except his was bright green dye.

"Let's go hide, I do not want to be in the rooms when they wake up." I laughed

"Especially with their new makeovers." Nadia giggled. We crotched down to the ground in our spots, silly string in hand.

The alarms went off, and it started.

"FIRE!!!" Nadia yelled "FIRE QUICK LET'S GO!"

The rustle of sheets filled the air, and several pained noises followed.

"WHY IS THERE A POODLE ON MY CEILING? AHHHHH! WHY ARE THERE NOODLES EVERYWHERE?" Jack's voice called.

"OW, OW, OW, OW, OW, OW, OW, OW!" Zach and Corbyn have woken up.

A loud rip of tape rung in our ears and Jonah fell back to the ground, taking the saran wrap with him.

Daniel walked out of his room rubbing his eyes.

When all the boys were out of their rooms, Nadia and I unleashed the silly string on them.

"Well at least I match my room." Daniel joked. Indeed, he looked like a rainbow threw up on him.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY EVE!" I yelled.

"Ew, what is on my face." Jonah swiped the substance from his cheek and examined it.

"That, my friend, would be Vaseline." Nadia turned off the three alarms and the noise stopped.

"Well, my feet are going to need some bandages and I am going back to sleep," Corbyn mumbled before going back into his room. We heard the clink of Legos being pushed around and the sound Corbyn's body hitting the bed.

"The rest of you should probably put on some shirts." I chuckled.

"Yeah, I'm going to go take a shower and get ready for the day," Jack mumbled before dragging his feet to his room. "Also, you guys are helping me clean up these noodles!" He called. All of the boys went back into their rooms while Nadia and I made our way to the door.

"WHY IS OUR WATER GREEN?" Jonah yelled. "FIX IT, I AM A GRYFFINDOR AND REFUSE TO TAKE A SLYTHERIN SHOWER!"

"KOURTNEY, NADIA, YOU GUYS ARE SO DEAD!" Jack yelled from the bathroom.

As soon as we heard stomping from the stairs we bolted out the door, our last sight of jack with a towel around himself covered in red dye.

Nadia and I were back at home. It had been a couple of hours since we made our great escape. My phone rang and I picked it up.

"Hey birthday eve boy, how was this morning?" I asked with an amused smile.

"TERRIBLE! I was going to go get some breakfast but the only thing in the fridge was Logan's cupcakes and cookies, endless amounts of chocolate, Jack's hair, and a can of Corbyn on the counter! Then I saw some sprite and went to go drink some but it was sparkling water! I've never felt more disgusted, and betrayed."

"I STILL CAN'T FIND MY PHONE, SERIOUSLY DID ONE OF YOU TAKE IT" I heard Corbyn yelling in the background.

Nadia snickered from behind me.

"Could you tell Corbyn that i took his phone" i said laughing.

"KOURTNEY, NADIA, Y'ALL ARE SO DEAD!"
