I woke up by myself. Daniel was downstairs in the kitchen. I sat up and looked at the blank wall. I had no energy to do anything. I felt like the life had been drained out of me.
I went to my phone and checked my notifications. West had blocked me, of course. I deleted all the pictures of me and him together, tears silently falling down my face. The fans deserve to know what happened. I found a picture August took of me a while ago and posted it.

Wow. There were so many positive comments. A lot of the fans were saying stuff like, "I never liked him," "he was good to you, but I had vibes," blah blah blah.
I heard a knock on the door. I wiped the tears away and the boys came in. Jonah was holding a plate with toast, eggs, and fruit. Jack had a glass of orange juice.
"We thought you might be hungry," Jonah said.
"Yeah, you haven't eaten for a while," Jack added.
"Thank you, guys."
"No problem," Corbyn said.
"Do you want us to stay or leave you alone for a while?" Jonah asked.
"Can Daniel stay? I just need someone to talk to," I said.
"Yeah, feel better Kourt."
"We're always here for you," Zach said.
Daniel came over and got in bed beside me. I curled up into his side and started to quietly cry again. He rubbed circles on my back and started to sing. "I met you in the dark, you lit me up. You made me feel as though I was enough.
I curled up into his chest more.
He sang for a minute before getting up and going downstairs.
I got on my phone and saw people blowing my phone up with dms and comments and people tagging me in things. I went into my dms and saw my favorite account, the one I dmed a while ago.

theauthor: well, you have the boys. Especially Daniel. He's there for you all the time. I have seen you two when your together. He really cares about you.
kourtneyofficial_: Yeah, he does.
theauthor: well, go spend some time with him.
kourtneyofficial_: He's downstairs. He was watching movies with me and he went to go get more popcorn and tissues.
theauthor: see, he cares. Forget about that waldo kid or whatever his name is, talk to your real friends and people who are always gonna be there for you. Nadia, Daniel, Jack, Corbyn, Jonah, Zach, Christina, Logan, Brendan, YOUR FANS. They will always be there Kourt.

Daniel came back in the room and sat the popcorn and tissues down. I just help my arms out. He picked me up and set me on his lap, holding me as cried onto his shirt, yet again.
"Why does this always happen to me Dani?"
"Maybe God is just testing you. Seeing how strong you are before he gives you the perfect life. I don't know."
"Your Daniel Seavey. Your supposed to know everything."
He let out a little chuckle before saying, "Nobody knows everything. I guarantee you Jonah knows more than me. Logan more than him. Kong more than Logan."
"I meant everything about me. You've been my best friend for eight years. I tell you more than Nadia and mom and any of the other boys. You are supposed to help me out here."
"Okay, so I know things about you that you may not know about yourself. But that doesn't mean I always know why, or how, or exactly when it will get better. All I know is that it will get better with time."

We sat there in silence for a few minutes before I spoke up.

"You're not sick, and I have a job. But, I can make it work."
