Another sleepless night. I got up and decided to sit outside instead. The night was dark with sparked of stars all over the city from the lights of skyscrapers. The noise of LA is refreshing. I got used to quite nights that silent haunts me. Having traffic noises running in the middle of the night became comfortable. I decided that tomorrow I was going to see what LA has to offer. I don't know where to start to be honest but I knew Ohio wasn't my place. Dad was right. That place meant nothing to me anymore.

I found myself falling asleep. I jerked awake but I bit my lips from screaming this time. My heart was racing and everything was a blur.

"You okay?" Evan walked out and spotted me.

"Yeah," I said.

"You look like you aren't," he said.

"I'll be okay," I said.

"Okay," he said simply and left. Kong ran out and started running around. He jumped on the coach and licked my fingers.

I pat his head and rubbed his tummy. When I saw Logan's bed room door open, I head back to the room and decided to take a shower. I slipped into a simple black t-shirt and short Demin jeans.

"Honey, you sure about this?" Pam asked.

"Yeah," I said. "I'll be fine." I told Pam I wanted to explore LA by myself and she wasn't keen to the idea.

"You keep saying that. Are you sure it's not just a habit?" she asked in concern.

I just smiled. When I was ready, I gathered my things and head out. Logan was on the phone but when I stepped out, he looked up. His glance locked mine. I couldn't move. My heart raced and I felt my stomach dropped.

What am I doing? I quickly snapped out of it. I felt his glance and head to the door. My legs were weak but I refused to let him see me collapse. Once I got to the elevator, I laid against the wall for support.
