THEA POV

I felt him before I saw him. He slides onto the seat next to me and I felt his glance. Refuse to look at him, I pin my eyes on my plate.

"How was meeting?" Pam asked.

"Denting the universe one second at a time," he said.

"That's my boy," Pam replied.

"I'm heading to Jake's place later," he said. "we are making a video together."

"That's nice. Thea, do you want to come with us?" Pam asked.

I looked up and hesitated.

"It will be fun," Pam said but her voice wasn't convincing.

"I think the definition of fun varieties," I said in the kindest way possible.

"They will be busy making videos, anyway," Brandon said. "You'll be safe."

Logan snap him a look but then grinned.

"It might be fun," Logan agreed. "She is coming."

"She is not an object," I said.

"She should learn where she stands. My city, my rules," he replied. Both of us weren't looking at each other but was speaking indirectly to each other instead. Pam and Lydia exchanged looks and watched us back and forth.

"Don't challenge me," he said.

"If you are testing my waters, you better know how to god damn swim," I said.

"If you think you can come here and get the easy way in to my kingdom, then you better know how to fight," he said.

"Don't worry," I grinned and finally rest my eyes on him. "I will make you sure know when I start the fight. You won't miss it,-" I continued. "brother," I said bitterly.

His eyes narrowed.

"Okay," Pam clapped her hand. "Let's go."

We got to Jake's place and damn, seeing it for the second time left me star struck like the first.

"You're back," Anthony gave me a hug when he saw me. "Miss me already?"

"Hands off," Logan said coldly.

"Sharing is caring," Anthony said.

"Tony," Jake walked in. "Leave," Jake said to me.

"I think Tessa is waiting for you in her room," Anthony explained. "Know your way there?"

"Have you gotten a map since I was gone?"

"Nope," he smiled.

"Then nope," I replied. "it's fine. I'll make sure to leave jelly beans on the floor just in case," I said.

"You're funny," Anthony laughed.

The Paul brothers kept silent and looked cold at Tony. I felt before they murdered my friend. Friend. It was nice to have a friend.

Tessa and I talked and she tried to teach me to dance but I looked like a penguin trying to be a flamingo. Then we head to the music room again.

"Can we make sure that mic is off," I said.

"Yep," Tessa giggled. Tristan joined us and he was a cool lad. He laughs a lot with Tessa and they have a nice thing going on.

"Can you play something?" Tessa asked.

"What do you want me to play?" I asked.

"Anything that is in your mind," Tessa said.

I nodded and started playing "Already Gone," by Kelly Clarkson.

"Damn, I felt all the raw emotions there," Tristan said.

"I'm going to cry," Tessa said with a gentle smile.

"Are you here to help Logan and Jake with their music?" Tristan asked. "They need help, to be honest," he joked.

"Nah, I'm just here for Pam," I said.

"So, you are not moving to LA?" Tessa looked heartbroken.

"I'm not sure yet," I said.

"What's not sure about it? You have a good voice. I bet if you start a YouTube channel you can get a record deal. I know a lot youtubers who have done the same," Tristan said.

"Yeah, do you have a channel?" Tessa asked.

"Nope," I said.

"What?" both of them nearly shouted.

"Jake and Logan are YouTube star. Even their parents are on YouTube. I don't believe you," Tristan said.

"Yeah, and since you are their sister, shouldn't it be easier to gain followers?" Tessa said.

"Millions in a day," Erika walked in and gave me a smile. "You were great."

"Oh no," I looked at the mic.

"It's off," Erika said. "I was passing by and heard you."

"Let's get you started," Tessa said. "Let me go get my laptop."

"Wow, sunshine," I grabbed her hand. "I don't want a channel."

"What?" both Tristan and Tessa asked again.

"How are you going to show people your talent, then?" Tessa asked.

"I'll figure that out," I said.

"There's literally nothing to figure out," Tristan said. "It's easy to just upload a video."

"Good things don't come easy," I said.

"True," he said. "but you have the Pauls."

"I have no one," I said truthfully. I think they knew too because they silent.
