THEA POV

Antony called and said he would be here to pick me up for a surprise. I got ready when Judy suddenly walked into my room.

"Oh hi," she said.

"Hi," I smiled.

"I just want to ask if you want to hang out," she said nicely.

"Tony is coming over and I think he is bringing me to Jake's place. I'm sorry."

"It's okay," she said. "Just a tip," she added before leaving, "you're temporary so I won't bother unpacking," she eyed my luggage that was half unpacked.

With that, she left.

I was shocked but I couldn't lie to myself if I said I didn't expect it coming. She has been giving me the look whenever she is here with Logan.

Tony came just in time. I hopped into his car and he looked at me with an eye half above his forehead.

"Something wrong?"

"No," I answered too quickly.

"Ok-ay," he said and started driving. My eyes were watching the road but my head was not. Was Judy going to kick me out?

"Where are we going?" I finally snapped out of my head and realized we weren't going to Jake's.

"We are going to Erika's place," he said.

"She doesn't live in the Team Ten house?"

"Nope, it's easier for her to be at the center of Hollywood then two hours away."

When I arrived at Erika's place, she ran into my arms and gave me a hug.

"Welcome," she said. "sorry. I am crushing you," she laughed and released me from her tight hug. "I had three coffee this morning. Hi Tony. You wore that shirt yesterday."

"It's merch Erika. I have three of each style," he defended himself and head into the room.

"I want to write my next song and I want you to be in it," Erika said.

"What?" I asked, surprised.

"I know what you can do with your voice and I thought you need more girlfriends here in LA. Plus, I really am out of song ideas. So, are you in? Do you want to do it?"

"Yeah," I said. "yeah, of course."

"Yay!" she said. "come on."

We were in the studio for 5 hours, but it felt like minutes. Erika is funny and super chill. But there is something about her that didn't settle. I like her and she is nice but we don't click. She was like the growing waves and I was the burning beach. We work well together but we are also totally different. Or maybe I am overthinking it after what happened with Judy today.

Once we were done, Tony and I went for dinner.

"Mexican? Italian? Japanese?" Tony asked.

"American," I said.

"Some burger for the lady," he chuckled. "Have you had chick-fil-a?"

I shook my head.

He stopped the car.

"You have not?" Tony was in disbelief.

"Tony, you are causing a traffic that LA does not need," I warned, holding onto his steering wheel like it will make the car move.

"I can't believe it. You have not had the most awesome fast food restaurant in existence?"

"Tony. Drive," I warned.
