UNEXPECTED EXCHANGE (completed)

CHAPTER 4

Bella's POV.

Nandito ako sa lobby paakyat sa condo namin excited ako na sabihin kay Kent na nasa pangatlo ako ngayon kahit man hindi pa sure at least diba.

Syimpre I'll make sure na nandun siya tenixt ko siya kanina sabi niya his there already pinindot kuna ang pin ng door. Nakita ko siya sa kitchen at naghahanda ng dinner.

"Bakit ngiting ngiti ka ngayon?"

"I have good news for you, but wait I'll just change my clothes."

Pumasok ako sa kwarto ko at nagbihis na. After I do that pumunta ako sa kitchen. "Shall we eat?"

"Y-yeah.." We start eating, ilang sandali lang I start the topic na kanina kopa gustong ibalita sa kanya. My excitement keeps on telling me na sabihin sa agad sa kanya. "I have good news for you." He looks at me and gives me his full attention. "What's with that good news at kanina kapa ngiting-ngiti."

I look at him and say the good news. "I'm in the top 3 as at this moment in PU."

"Oh really, but why at this moment?" He asks. "It's because we will just wait for our final exam and after that, they will announce the final ranking and the final exam is just 20 percent of our grade so, mathematically speaking after the exam I'm sure I'm in the top 5, or 4 or even higher but still, I'll make sure na mag re-review ako para mataas ang makuha kung score."

Tumayo siya at niyakap ako. "I'm proud of you Bella you know what I can't wait na ibalita to sa school."

"Me too Kent I can't believe it, One of the huge boys' schools here in the Philippines I'm in the top 3 in the first section and you know, I guess this is my big achievement."

"Yeah definitely."

"So ikaw anong top mo I'm sure ikaw ang deans lister syimpre wala nako dun." Sinabi ko na may halong pang aasar. "So means ikaw lang ang nakakatalo sakin? I don't think so."

Sabay kami nag tawanan. "But I'm not sure kasi nga naalala mo yung sinabi ko sayo na transferee."

"Yeah, why?" I look at him. "She's so competitive matalino rin."

"Really? So magpapatalo ka?" I ask. "Me? hell no." Umiiling siya. "What is her name?"

"Anne." I look at him as if there's something fishy. "What?"

"Is she beautiful?" I ask. "Why is that question?" Pagrereklamo niya and just staring at me. "Nothing, masama bang magtanong?"

"I'm warning you." He pointed out his finger to me. "What?" I said in a loud voice but not to make him annoyed. "You only my girl ok." Then he held my hand tiningnan ko siya ng may pagtataka He felt awkward.

After we eat I'm here in my room laying in my bed. Hinihintay ko lang na dalawin ako ng antok. Pumikit ako nagulat ako mukha niya ang nakita ko why? Bakit mukha niya ang nakita ko? Hindi ko nalang pinansin and try to sleep.

Nagising ako sa ingay ng alarm clock ko. Ginawa ko ang routine ko then I went to the kitchen to eat. wala si Kent.

"Kent?" Pinuntahan kona sa room niya, kinakatok ko narin ang cr niya. Wala rin pagkatapos ko siyang e text may nakita ako note sa table.

*Bella maaga ako ngayon I have to do something important, I already cooked your Breakfast nasa refrigerator.*

Binuksan ko ang ref at napangiti ako omelet na may naka sulat na love you gamit ang ketchup. Biglang tumibok nang malakas ang dibdib ko. Hinawakan ko ang dibdib ko bakit ganto ang pagtibok nito. I just took it slowly and didn't think too much kinain ko nalang ang omelet. After I eat, I fix my stuff and go to school.
