Chapter 34: Cebu (Part 2)

HALEY'S POV

" I'm so gald you're now here."

We're both catching our breath. We've been groping and kissing each other since we entered the suite.

" I had no choice, you want me here. " biro ko sa kanya.

" Ah ganun, mayabang ka ha." he lifted me form the floor and laid me to bed.

And before he can kiss me again, inawat ko siya. Then I looked around, amazed of what I see. Wow! This is as big as our wedding suite in Makati. Napansin ko ang balcony sa nakaawang na pinto sa gilid ng kama. Mukhang iisa ang structure ng mga hotels nila Russell. Midrise lang ang mga ito. Like this one, this is a twenty-storey building. And this suite is located on the second level. This is located few minutes from the airport.

" Is this your suite? It's huge at mag isa ka lang." sabi ko.

Tumawa ito.

"Actually this is not my suite. Since you're here, kaya kumuha ako ng mas malaki."" sagot nito

"Why? I don't need a big room. Dun na lang tayo sa room mo." sabi ko.

Niyakap niya ako.

"Hindi pwede, maraming mga papeles dun, tsaka magulo. And this is not just an ordinary suite."

Ordinary. Every suite at The Crimsons, I'm sure lahat worldclass ang structure.

"Ano naman ngayon kung ordinary suite lang yun? Bakit ano bang tawag mo sa suite na'to, special." biro ko sa kanya.

Special, parang siopao lang. I tried to laugh about it but I stopped. There is something familiar in his eyes. Longing.

"This...is a honeymoon suite."

I went still for a moment. At patuloy na nag eecho ang sa pandinig ko ang sinabi niya.

Honeymoon suite.

These two words rock my emotions. A mixture of excitement and nervousness came over. It's imposible for me not to imagine me and Russell naked on top of this bed, our hands all over each other. With a naughty smile, he turmed his gaze on me. Parang nahulaan nito ang iniisip ko.

" I think I'm starving."

I said it just to break the ice. I don't want him catching me in one of my unguarded moments. Fantasizing. Yaiks.

Kahit labag sa loob niya and I think he wanted to do something else, he called for room service.

" I'll be back in the afternoon. I'll pick you up for dinner. Tumakas lang ako para sunduin ka."

He left after few minutes of kissing, laughing and cuddling. Kung hindi ko pa pinilit, ayaw niyang umalis. I reminded him of the reason why he's here. And it's for business. Bonus lang ang honeymoon na sinasabi niya.

Para akong tanga. Napapangiti ako na ewan. Napakapilyo talaga ng lalaking 'yun. And he assured me that he's not gonna sleep again just like what happened last time. He even said no one's gonna sleep. Man, that was a threat. That sent shiver between my thighs. I can't wait for him to get back.

The smell of the food is tempting. It's caramel crepe and chocolat chaud. What I like in breakfast. I started to dig in and savor the rich taste of salted caramel in the crepe. At akala ko hindi ko ito mauubos, but I cleaned the plate as if I'm famished. I took the cup of chocolat and I found myself in the balcony. I looked down at the busy streets, with tiangges on the side and locals heading to and fro.

Parang masarap mamimili at mamasyal. But I was too tired. Pagod, hindi lang dahil sa byahe kundi dahil na rin dalawang araw akong halos walang pahinga. Minadali ko lahat ang school requirements ko. And the bed is inviting, kaya inantok tuloy ako.
