Brittany just stand outside the house leaning on the wall. It is evident she had cried a lot.
"Hey Brittany" Simon said
"What is it?" Brittany asked glaring at him "I just wanted to apologize about what I said earlier. Its just I'm so upset like why you guys keep seeing things" Simon explained
"So you don't really hate me?" Brittany asked "Why would I hate you? I'll admit at times you can be a drama queen and complains a lot, sometimes a little annoying but you're like my big sister. You're nice and no trouble like my brother. I mean I love my brother but yeah its the truth" Simon said the last part with a laugh which made Brittany giggle
"You're a big help, you're so responsible and more mature than Alvin. I can still remember that one time when I can't get our assignment in science you helped me out. What I'm trying to say is you're a great friend and sister. Heck you'll do anything to keep your sisters, Theodore and I from being bullied or in danger.-" Simon said but was cutted off
"I forgive you" Brittany said smiling. "Really?" Simon asked
"Yeah, I was just hurt and upset earlier. So its really fine. I'm just really dramatic at times. Sorry if I complain a lot and can be annoying at times" Brittany said standing straight "Its nothing, that's you and I can't change it" Simon responded
"You're also like a brother to me you know" Brittany said smiling and Simon smiled as well. Then the two hugged a friendly hug for 5 seconds then pulled away.
"Well, let's go inside its cold out here" Simon said
"Yeah, you know what I noticed?" Brittany asked and Simon turned to her then at the sky
"It easily turned night time here" They simultaneously said and looked at each other
"Is that even normal Simon?" Brittany asked
"Well, I'm pretty sure this is still part in America and not near the north pole. Sure there are time zones but in these part of country or regions no its not" Simon said. The two fell silent and Brittany got this scared nervous feeling that the Inn might be haunted.
"Let's go the others are probably waiting for us, especially for you" Simon said and Brittany just nod not wanting to say it and have another fight with him.
