Before You, We had No One

"Look We Are Here!"

-3rd Person POV-

"Mommy, Daddy, look!" Bryn yells excitedly as she starts jumping up and down in her car seat.
"Yes, we have arrived Princess. Are you excited?" Mon-el asks.
"Yes!" Bryn cheers.
She turns around in her car seat so she is facing Isaac and she grabs his hands with hers.
"Me too," Bryn says in a deep voice to mimic what she thinks her baby brother would sound like which causes everyone to laugh, including Isaac.

After checking in at the entrance booths and getting the map and keys to their lodge, they drive through the electronic gate and down the small roads towards their lodge.
"We are staying in 91 Bilberry Wood, okay Bryn" Mon el informs Bryn as they drive from one single track road to another.
"Yes, Daddy" she replies happily.
After getting lost a number of times and getting their address mixed up with another, they finally found 91 Bilberry Wood.
"We're here, we're here!" Bryn shouts as Kara unbuckles her from her car seat and lets her run up to the front door.
Mon-el unlocks the door with his green wristband and opens it up to reveal a huge 2 story house with lots of space.
There is a cloakroom when you first enter and on the other side of the door there is a dining room and in front of you is the kitchen to your right and living room to your left and it is all open just like Kara's apartment. On the far right wall, there are 3 doors. The middle one leads you to the bathroom and the 2 on either side are bedrooms.
The stairs start in the living room and lead upstairs where there are 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom in between.
From the living room, a glass door leads you outside to a raised patio with a table and 4 chairs and a small BBQ and down the stairs from the patio is the forest.
There are no back gardens, just open forest for everyone to play and enjoy.
Bryn gasps as she walks around the house, holding on to Mon el's hand while Kara carries Isaac.
"This is so cool" Alex yells as Eliza and she enters through the front door.
After hearing their arrival, Bryn runs into Alex's arms but cowards away from Eliza.
"This is your Grandma Bryn" Kara tries to explain but Bryn wouldn't leave Alex's arms.
She was still unsure.

-Kara's POV-

"Mon-el and I will share a room. Bryn can share a room with Isaac. That leaves you and Mom with your own rooms" I explain to Alex as we bring in all the luggage from the two cars.
"Okay, who is getting the upstairs rooms? You and the three others or Me and Mom?" Alex asks as she brings a suitcase into the living room.
"It would be better if Mon-el and I and the kids had upstairs so that they can't hear us when they go to bed" I suggest and Alex nods her head in agreement.
Once all the bags are in, Bryn helps me bring our bags upstairs as Mon el keeps an eye on Isaac and Alex and Aliza put away their bags and begin putting away the shopping we picked up in Glasgow when we landed.

-3rd Person POV-

"Mommy?" Bryn asks Kara as Kara unpacks her clothes into the cupboard and draws.
"Yes, baby?" Kara asks.
"What will we do here?" Bryn asks.
"We have lots of activities to do but we will discuss it later when we are all unpacked" Kara answers as she hangs up Bryn's last dress and then they head downstairs where everyone else is gathered.
"Hey, have you done?" Mon-el asks as he comes up behind Kara and places his arms around her waist.
"Yep, all unpacked" she replies with a smile on her face as she leans up and he places a quick kiss on her lips.
"Before Mon-el and Alex drive the cars into the car park, we need to discuss the schedule for this week," Aliza says as they all sit around the table. In front of the kitchen table is a big blackboard which Eliza is standing next to, ready to write with the cheap rainbow coloured chalk they provide.
"Okay let's start with Tomorrow. At 9:30 we have baby dolphins for both Bryn and Isaac, then at 10, we have booked a Cabana for all 6 of us until 1 pm and at 4:30 we have booked a family photo shoot" Eliza reads off Alex's phone.
"Can I go with you guys to baby dolphins with the kids? I can sit to the side and take photos as you guys are in the water with them. " Alex asks.
"Of course Alex, that would be great" Kara answers with a smile.
"I will join you guys at 10," Eliza says as she copies the timetable onto the chalkboard so that they don't miss anything.
"What's on Wednesday?" Kara asks as Eliza finishes her last sentence.
"On Wednesday we have Swim Pups for Bryn, Santa's workshop for both of the kids at 1, Adventure golf for everyone at 1:15 and we rented the Astro pitch from 4 till 5 and there are Fireworks at 6" Eliza reads off the phone.
Bryn climbs down from her chair next to Alex and walks over to Mon-el who happily lifts her onto his lap where she curls up against his chest.
"And last of all, Thursday," Eliza says. "On Thursday we only have ten Pin bowling at 4".
