Family Wonderland Walks #2

After eventually dragging each other out of the arcade, Mon-el and Kara walked back out into the centre and met Alex, Eliza and Bryn who were looking through the window of the toy shop.
"Look Mommy, Daddy look!" Bryn yelled excitedly as she ran towards them and pulled them both towards the glass windows of the shop.
"Wow, doesn't that look cool. How about we go there another day Princess?” Mon-el asks as Kara took Bryn's hand and they all walked toward the exit close by.
"Fine" she mumbles as they walk back out into the cold air but this time there were no light up trees. They were standing on a deck that stood on top of a huge lake.
"Wow," Bryn blurts out as they walk along the decking, past the outdoor part of the swimming pool and the boat shed where you can rents boats to go on the water with.
They all walk down the hill and to their left, towards Santa's grotto and the sports plaza.
As they walk closer and closer, they could hear the Christmas music get louder and become clearer and the multicoloured lights became brighter as they lit up the grotto ahead of them. 
"Look, look, look!" Bryn screams excitedly as she points to all the little elf houses that stand along the path.
They are first greeted by a sign and as they take 3 steps further, to their right is a huge animal pen.
"What's in there?" Eliza asks as they get a closer look.
"Reindeer! Real Reindeer!" Alex shouts as she notices a sign on the fence.
"No?" Kara asks with disbelief.
"No, she is correct. They are reindeer" Mon el corrects with a chuckle as Kara's face is filled with pure delight.
Kara ducks down to Bryn's level and points to the sleeping animals on the ground only meters away.
"Look, Bryn, they are Reindeer. They help pull Santa's sleigh" Kara tells her excitedly as Bryn holds onto the fence tightly.
"Hello!" Bryn yells happily as she watches them closely.
"Let's keep walking" Eliza suggests.
The whole family trudge along behind as they say their goodbyes to the reindeer.
Not far along, to the right again is Santa's workshop where they will meet Santa later on in the week and to their left along the path are little Elf houses that they can look in. Behind the trees are black tubes that blow bubbles that look like snow along the path. Above their heads are little lanterns that are hung from branches above that are a variety of different colours.
Little mushroom stools are sat on the edge of the path for photos and not far along after the Elf houses have finished, are more reindeer, but these ones aren't real. There are 4 attached to a wall that looks almost identical to the one at the entrance of the centre but instead of talking, these ones sing famous Christmas songs like Jingle bells.
Kara lifts Bryn so she can see the reindeer as everyone gathered around and sings along to their songs.
After the reindeer have finished their performance, they all clap and carry on their journey. Opposite the reindeer is a big plastic elf. All the grass surrounding the elf is coated in fake bubble snow.
"Momma, can we come again?" Bryn says happily as they walk the last couple of steps to the end of Santa's grotto.
“Of course baby” Kara answers with a smile as Bryn jumps into her arms and rests her on Kara's shoulder.
