When Parker woke up, Kristina was still asleep, snoring away sprawled out taking up the entire bed.  She slowly removed her girlfriends arm from her stomach and rolled out of bed after kissing her head. She couldn't help but laugh at the adorable mess Kristina was when she was sleeping. The girl had a messy hair and even snored a little. Parker loved every bit of it.
She made her way into their kitchen to put on a pot of coffee. She had just hit 'Brew" when she heard her phone ringing, which happened to be right next to a sleeping Kristina. She ran to get it before it woke her up, but too late.
"Your phone is ringing," She called out in a grumbled sleepy voice. "Who the hell is that? It's like 7 am." Kristina asked as she sat up in the bed and put her hair up in a messy bun before rubbing the sleep out of her eyes.
Parker grabbed her phone and looked. "It's Diane," She told her. "I'm sorry honey, I honestly thought it was on silent." She told her. "I'll take it in the other room. You can go back to sleep if you want." She said as she leaned in and gave the tired girl a quick kiss before answering the phone and leaving the room.
"Hello?" She said and she heard Diane on the other side of the line. "Hope I didn't wake you up," She said.  Parker went over and poured a cup of coffee. "It's fine Diane. I was awake. What can I do for you this morning?" She asked.
"Actually I think the better question would be 'What have I done for you already?' " Diane replied. "You don't need to prepare for court Ms. Forsythe. I've already solved all your problems. You start at PCU Monday morning and you no longer have to worry about keeping your relationship private. It's been taken care of." Diane told her.
Parker sighed in relief. This was great news. Kristina would be over the moon as well. "How did you do that?" Parker asked.
"Sometimes it's best not to ask questions." Diane replied. "But I'll take a thank you."
Parker laughed. "I think that goes without saying, but thank you. What do I owe you?" She asked the lawyer.
"You don't owe me anything. My services were paid for before I even saw you at Sonny's house. The man would do anything to keep his daughter around, which is understandable all things considered." Parker was told.
"He and I might need to have a discussion in regards of that, but thanks again Diane." Parker said into the phone.
"No problem. If you get into any trouble, give me a call. You've got my number." Diane said before she hung up the phone.
Kristina walked in an oversized shirt, still obviously half asleep. Parker handed her some coffee and she gladly took it.
"Thank you," She said as she made her way to the couch, were the other girl was now seated. "What did Diane say?"
Parker let the other girl lean into her and she wrapped her arms around her. "She said I start back at PCU on Monday. She also informed me that those ridiculous conditions were lifted." She told her.
Kristina looked up at her, waking up finally after hearing the news. "That's great news! I'm so happy for you! I know you've been really missing teaching."
"I really have. I'm gonna have to thank your father for this one. By the way, were you aware that he had already paid Diane?" She asked. Kristina kinda shuffled her body around a little before relaxing back into her girlfriend.
"Maybe," She said and she got a look from Parker that she had clearly gotten from her. "What?" She asked with a laugh. "My dad doesn't take no for an answer, especially from me. It just means he likes you."
"Not that I'm not absolutely thrilled to be on the good side of the most notorious mobster in Port Charles, but I fully intend to pay him back. That's a lot of money Kristina." She told her.
"He just wanted to help out. I told him you wouldn't let me speak to the dean so he decided to take care of it legally. 'Consider it as an early Christmas gift' is what he said."
Kristina replied.
Kristina grabbed the hands that were resting on her stomach and gave them a squeeze before wrapping herself in them even tighter. "I don't think you understand how hard it is for him to like the people I date. I'm glad he came around with you."
Parker leaned in and kissed the side of her lady's cheek from the back. "Me too. It makes things so much easier when I don't have to worry about getting murdered for dating his daughter." She joked and cause Kristina to laugh.
"He definitely doesn't want you dead," Kristina said as she took a sip of he coffee. "He just wants me to be happy. I think I've made it abundantly clear that I don't intend on letting you go anytime soon."
"I should hope you don't want to let me go at all." Parker replied. "What's that supposed to mean?" Kristina asked.
"Exactly what it sounds like. I love you Kristina and I don't plan on going anywhere and I hope you feel the same."  She was told.
"Of course not. I honestly can't imagine my life without you in it." Kristina replied. "I don't care what anyone thinks, whether it be my family, yours, or random people that like to start shit about our age differences. I don't care about any of that."
"And that is why I love you. Now let's get dressed. I have a surprise for you and it's almost time to be there." Parker told her as she tapped the smaller girl's arm slightly.
"OOOOOH WHAT IS IT?" Kristina asked with wide eyes. Parker laughed.
"Get up and get ready and you'll find out." She said with a smirk and with that her adorable little lover hopped up off the couch, skipping to their bedroom like a kid on Christmas to get dressed for the day.
