"Car trouble huh?" Sam said with a smirk as she opened the door. Kristina's face went red. "Yup! Couldn't get it to start. It's fixed now! Where's Danny?" She asked, avoiding any further questions by pushing passed her sister inside. "He's in the living room with Jason and Scout." Sam told her, taking Parker's coat. "So what was wrong with it?" She asked the taller girl in front of her. Parker's face was also starting to go red. Thankfully Kristina intervened.
"Babe! Look at this tree!" She exclaimed waving Parker over. Sam stepped aside in surrender to let the woman pass and Parker gave her a brief 'thanks for not asking so many questions' look before walking over to her. Kristina was standing before a rather large Christmas tree. I took up almost half the wall but was covered in ornaments and lights.
"It looks nice you guys," Parker told Sam and Jason. "Very festive." Danny came running up to her.
"I helped!" He exclaimed, jumping up and down. "But not Scout, she isn't big enough yet. Daddy had to put the star on for us, because he's the oldest person in the house." He explained. Sam, Kristina, and Parker all broke out in giggles and Jason came up to swoop his son into his arms, cradle style.
"You are correct, but that is not why I had to put it up for you." He told him, swinging him around.  "I'm the TALLEST. Technically your Aunt over there is older." He joked, pointing at Parker. "But only by a few months." He added, seeing the look his sister in law had sent him.
"He's not lying though," Kristina joked, leaning up on her tip toes to kiss the woman she loved. "I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing though. It comes in handy with car trouble and making coffee appropriately." She said with a wink om her lover's direction. Parker's face went red again.
"Okay you two," Sam intervened. "We are all aware that you two possibly had a late night or a late start out of bed. No need to keep getting all red faced. I have kids of my own and they didn't come in a dream." She announced and Kristina smiled. "See Sam? This is why I love you."
"I'm sure that's all you love me for," She joked, elbowing her younger sister in the ribs. "Now are you two ready to eat?" Kristina reached for Parker's hand. "Yes! Lead us to the food! I would just like to state that I am not responsible for my actions when surrounded by turkey and pie, just sayin'." Kristina told them. Sam just shook her head. "You forget, we both know you too well." Sam replied. "We know you're just a tad bit stingy when it comes to the pie, Miss I'm Gonna Take Half A Pie And Say It's One Piece."  Parker didn't even try to fight her laughter. "OH MY GOD! THAT'S SO HER!"
Kristina looked at the girl that was twice her size. "Look ma'am. I will fight you over that chocolate pie. Don't play with me. I may be small, but I can still kick your ass." She told her with a smirk. Parker threw her hands up.
"Listen up Mobster Princess, not that I'm threatening your authority here in this situation," She was fighting to keep a straight face but it was hard with Sam over there wiping tears out of her eyes from laughing so hard. "But don't think I'm gonna let you eat all that pie. I'm the one that's gonna have to carry you out of here later after you've eaten too much. Besides, I like pie thank you." She told the smaller girl, kissing her hand.
"Alright kids, let's eat." Sam said, shaking her head with a smile. She was obviously happy Kristina had found someone that loved her sister for who she was, hard headed and all. The two of them followed her into the dining room and found Jason and the kids already seated.
"How's engagement life?" Jason asked them. "Any different from the normal?" Parker looked at Kristina before replying. "Well, it's been engaging." She stated, matter of factly and her girlfriend's drink came out of her nose. "Oh my God," She said reaching for a napkin. "Can we not?" Kristina said, although clearly just messing with her.
They both liked not having to hid their relationship, and even though they weren't hiding it from anyone, they still felt more comfortable in certain company. Sam and Jason were a couple of those people.
"Ah," Jason said. "That car trouble huh?" He said through a laugh. Danny looked at his aunts. "What's wrong with your car?" He asked and everyone's face got serious fast. "Absolutely nothing," Parker replied. "It's fixed now." She told him patting him on his hand. "How is school going? Learning anything new?" She asked him.

While Parker and Danny where talking about his schoolwork, Sam and Kristina were talking about more serious things.
"So have you guys thought about kids yet?" Sam asked, causing Kristina to choke on her bite of pie. Parker shot her a concerned look, but Kristina waved her off so she continued her conversation with their nephew.
"Um, no. We haven't even had time to plan a wedding, let alone discuss having a family." Kristina replied, taking a drink to her wine. Sam cocked her head.
"You haven't discussed it at all? Like even in just random conversation? It's kinda something you should talk about when deciding to spend a lifetime with someone sis." Sam told her. Kristina looked over at Parker, who was now talking to Danny and entertaining a curious Scout.  "It's not a horrible thought," Kristina told her. Sam shook her head in agreement. "She seems to be really good with the kids. They love her to death. I think you guys would be good parents. You should bring it up at some point, cause from the looks of it, I don't think she's gonna be one of those women who doesn't want kids. So I guess the real question would be, do you?"
"You know what? I love kids, but I never really saw myself having any. I just figured with you and Molly, there would be enough nieces and nephews that I could just have when I wanted and send them home. Now that I'm thinking about it, I may not have wanted them with anyone else, but I can myself having them with her." Kristina replied.
She watched the girl she love interact with the kids, laughing and smiling. She was officially in over her head. She didn't need baby fever right now. Dammit Sam.
