By the time Kristina made it to the school, it was already 11:25. She made it five minutes early and took her time walking through the hall to Parker's classroom. She waved at a few familiar faces, mostly teachers, as she passed them, but none the less kept walking. They knew why she was here, and she certainly wasn't going to take another lecture in the school when she was no longer a student. The bell rang right as she made it to the door.
"And that, my young friends, is what makes a book worth reading." She heard as she watched Parker end her lesson and students started filing out of the classroom. Molly apparently was one of those students.
"Hey!" Molly exclaimed upon seeing her sister. "You're girlfriend really knows her stuff by the way. Definitely makes for an interesting class." She told her hugging her. Molly had a friend with her that Kristina hadn't met yet. "Girlfriend? Your girlfriend is a teacher? You know that's illegal right? Being a student and all?" The girl said with a snarl. Molly gave Kristina a look but as she already knew it wouldn't, did her no good.
"Excuse me?" Kristina asked the girl. "First off, I'm not a student. Second off, I'm 25 years old. Third off, you can mind your own damn business." Kristina told her. Molly stepped in between the two of them.  She turned to face her friend. "I wouldn't advise having this conversation right now. Or ever. Kristina knows what she's doing and so does the professor." Molly explained.
"So do you get to call her Parker now or are you sticking with 'professor'  until she decides to start fucking another student?" The girl asked smugly. "Melissa!? What the hell dude?" Molly asked but before she could say anything else, Kristina pounced on her so called friend.
"The fuck did you just say to me?" She asked as she punched the other girl in the face. "You got something to say? Fucking say-" She was saying when she felt herself being lifted off the other girl. "I'm not done! Let me go!" She yelled at whoever had ahold of her.
"Kristina!" She heard a familiar voice say that wasn't Molly's. "Calm down!" Parker told her, still trying to keep her girlfriend off the other girl. "I don't know what you said to her Melissa, but I think you should probably get to class. You too Molly." Parker told them. Molly shot Kristina and Parker an apologetic look. "I'm really sorry. For what it's worth Parker, Melissa totally had it coming." She looked at her sister who was obviously still fuming. "I'm really sorry. I'll have a talk with her. You won't have anymore problems out of her I promise." Molly told them before walking away to get to her next class.
"What happened Kristina? You can't just assault my students, even if they can be assholes sometimes. I just got this job back, and we can't afford to lose it." Parker said sternly. Kristina was trying really hard not to cry but she had a feeling the floodgates were about to break.
"That stupid bitch was listening to mine and Molly's conversation and she heard Molly compliment 'my girlfriend' on her teaching. She asked Molly if she referred to you as Parker or just professor with the insinuation that you were going to be sleeping with your students. And this was AFTER she already tried to tell me my relationship was illegal. I don't know who the hell that chick is, but Molly better talk some sense into her." Kristina ranted.
"I don't think Molly is going to need to say much," Parker told her, reaching for her hand. Kristina took it and squeezed it. "I think you've made your point perfectly clear. That being said, you cannot do these things Kristina, at least not on campus. I understand your rage, believe me I do, I just know that I can't get fired right now. But thank you for standing up for me." Parker told her kissing the top of her head as they walked down the hall towards the exit.
"I will always defend you. I love you. I get so pissed anytime anyone disrespects you or our relationship. I have to tolerate it from my mother, but I don't have to tolerate it from anyone else. You don't deserve to be disrespected. You are kind, smart as hell, super beautiful, and my rock. I'll be damned if I let anyone say anything less." Kristina told her, kissing her hand before opening the door to the parking lot.
"You really are something else," Parker told her. "You wanna drive or do you want me to?" She asked her and Kristina threw her the keys over the top of the car. "It's probably best if you do. I'd probably floor it and peel out of thi stupid parking lot." She said with an annoyed tone. "Alright honey," Parker said with a smile. "Let's go eat." She said and she started up the car.
