for all you sad bois out there ;^)
•stay hydrated (ur gonna be crying A LOT so you'll need to drink a lot of water)
•eat (not healthy but trust me: you'll feel better)
•play with your pet (nothing like watching your dumb cat flail around)
•try to distance yourself from people if you need to
•listen to music (in my opinion start with sad songs and get progressively more peppy with the tunes but to each their own)
•it's okay to take breaks (sure you'll feel like shit about it but hey, you'll feel like shit either way)
•watch a movie or something (it feels better to get lost in a fictional world than to suffer in the real one)
•memes numb the pain (sad but true)
•take ur meds (they're there for a reason. also drugs numb the pain as well. just don't overdose that's a whoopsie)
•think about your faves (proceed with caution, there's a chance you'll get sad again.)
•self care is important (you should at least rub a wipe on ur face so you don't feel completely greasy)
