He stayed with me in that position until I had managed to stop my tears.
But they'd always come back and I'd cling to him harder.
Hesitantly, I opened my mouth to speak.
I told him about my blood cancer. About how I was diagnosed a while ago, and I had lied.
He didn't yell at me, or told me I should've said something before- his grip on me just got tighter.
He was afraid of loosing me.
And I could tell by the way I saw his eyes glass over as soon as the words left my mouth.
"The surgery is tomorrow I think.." I whispered to him quietly.
He nodded and understood.
"I don't understand anything still.." I murmured. He didn't say anything.
After a while he started humming something into my shoulder. I couldn't make out what it was, but it was quiet and gentle.
It made me calm.
My heart was beating normally and I closed my eyes to listen and feel his voice vibrate.
He told me he would spend all night here with me until I fell asleep so I wouldn't have an anxiety attack.
God help me, if I die, please let Soonyoung find happiness.
