madelines POV
I was tired and very exhausted from all the dress shopping today. but I think I finally found the one. me and Diego are currently on our way home since we just finished dinner with some of my family. it was only 7 o'clock, but I was ready to go home and go to bed.
"so baby um. I got a show tonight...." Diego says as he holds my hand.
" okay, well drop me off at home first." I say.
"why?" he asks sounding offended.
" because I'm tired Diego, I've been running off of the East Coast time schedule for the past two days and Ive been dress shopping all day. I wanna go to bed. go to your show babe. I just wanna go home." I say frustrated.
"no..because I want you to be there.." he mumbles to himself.
" well I'm sorry, maybe if you would've told me sooner then I wouldn't have gone to so many stores today and done so much shit. but I'm tired. I wanna go home. I'm getting aggravated.i need to go home" I said in the nicest way as possible.
"okay fine. ill drop you off then go to the show.. even though its supposed to be a..' I cut him off instantly.
"okay have fun." I didn't care about what else he had to say.
"whats your problem??" he asks as we pull into the driveway.
"nothing. I'm tired. I've had a long day." I say as I go to unbuckle my seat belt and get out the car.
"baby stop." he says, getting out the car as well and stopping me before going up the steps.
"whats wrong... like dead ass.." he holds my hands in his as he pulls me close to him.
"I just don't want you doing anything stupid tonight okay. and the fact that all the thoughts racing through my mind of you cheating tonight drives me insane." I say.
" baby... I'm not going to cheat on you!!! I ALREADY BOUGHT MY TUX, SO DOESN'T THAT MEAN SOMETHING TO YOU??? why can't you just trust me..."
"I'm trying too! I'm really trying too! trust is something you have to earn back. I just can't give it to you!" gosh this boy is so clueless.
" well you better start trying harder... bye I love you.." he gives me a quick kiss and lets go of my hands as he walks towards the car.
