madelines POV
" RUDOLPH THE RED NOSE REINDEER... HAD A VERY SHINEY NOSEE!!" i woke up to diego singing in the kitchen.
"and so it begins..." i whispered to myself before getting out of bed.
"baby..what are you wearing..." i laughed as i witnessed Diego wearing a reindeer onesie with a hood and everything. and on the back. right on the ass, he had a little puffy tail.
"NO GO GET IN YOURS!! I set it on the dresserr!!" he pouted.
i grinned, while rolling my eyes before turning around and heading in the room to put mine on.
i walked back out in the kitchen and diego already had our plates set up in the living room in front of the tv.
he was sitting down, watching the holiday cartoons with his little hood with antlers on it on his head. he had already started eating the pancakes he made for us.
once he saw me, the biggest smile appeared on his face.
"oo babe, so i made a minature pancake for the baby along with yours. so yeah." he blushed before returning his focus back on the TV.
hes going to be an amazing father...
"so. your christmas present." he turned to me and said.
"yeah?" i looked at him while taking a bite of the strawberry and kiwi pancakes.
" i bought us a new house." he said. sounding unsure if id like it or not.
"diego...you what? why?? we need to focus on wedding stuff and the baby.." i sighed.
"exactly. and the house goes perfectly for both. see, the new house is good for our wedding because its basically like a new start as a family... and as far as it goes for the baby.. theres an extra room in the new house for the nursery and then theres an extra storage room for all the cute baby stuff im gonna spoil him or her with." he smiled while grabbing my hands. he reminded me of a little kid with how happy he was.
family....
" OH MY GOD DIEGO!!!" i yelled. not smiling, but with fear scattered across my face.
"what? what? are you okay? are you hurting? do we need to go to the doctors??" he asked worrily.
"we still havent told our family that im pregnant...." i said quietly.
