Separation

In the Land of Dawn, wars are imminent across the land. With a lot of the nations fighting each other to either conquer lands or defend their homelands. One of the most noticable battle around the land is the battle between the Moonlight Elves and the Night Elves.

The war had started between a misunderstanding of the two leaders of the clan. The misunderstanding was about the use of the Fountain of Power, a fountain that was said to grant immeasurable power to those who bathe in it's waters. The Night Elves clan leader wanted it for his clan but the leader of the opposing clan opposed of such idea and proposed to share it.

Yet it seemed that the mind of the Night Elves' leader wasn't happy about that proposal. The two leaders fought and bickered with each other till it was declared that the two clans, both very friendly with one another, were now at war just for the sake of the sacred fountain.

A stupid decision that caused a lot of lives to be lost and will continue to accumulate as the war keeps roaring on and on as time goes by. A war that had split two girls from each other as their friendship had to be dropped in order for them to serve their clans.

Miya, the Moonlight Archer and Karina, the Night Assassin...

Two people that once held a bond so close that they were like sisters of some kind that was torn apart when the war had started. A bond in which that had saved the other in their life that could have been a different course if the person hadn't interfered.

An abusive past one that almost lead to her insanity. A serious one who almost take everything seriously...

A combo in which that seemed really dysfunctional yet they managed to make it work. The two had grew up with one another, trained with each other and had shared every moment...every step...

A story of two people trying to mend their pasts...recalling what they used to have and how to resolve it. The tale of how it all began, how it went and how it will end...

Within the dark shallows of the lush forest. The archer was at the clearing, gazing up in the sky while being basked by the moonlight from the ever bright moon. She seemed to be distraught on coming here as her facial expression showed nervousness and worry. Steps can be heard as another went inside the clearing, making Miya look at the said person.

"

I never thought that you would actually talk to me." She exclaimed. Her eyes only stared at the person in front of her, a person that she used to hang out with and shared everything.

Karina, the Night Assassin.

Her heart swelled at the sight of all Karina's scars on her skin yet the night elf didn't mind it. In fact, Karina was glaring at her the whole entire time, ignoring the solemn look at her face.

"I had decided to hear out on whatever you are gonna say...even though it is pointless right now." She replied, her voice filled with malice and anger. Miya sighed as she saw that Karina wasn't moving from her spot in the shadows, avoiding herself from the glow of the moonlight.

"...I guess you have the right to be mad at me." Miya said. "But you can't be mad at me for long Karina. I really tried to visit you-"

"Then why didn't you?!" Karina snapped as she cut off the moonlight archer. "I had sacrificed a lot just to see you Miya! I can't understand why you couldn't do the same for me."
