In which a bad boy fell in love with the good girl. And when things started to fall apart, neither of them knew if their love could still stand.

That morning, it was my birthday and my friends- Yuree, Martin, Chester and Kayla had all came up in our place to celebrate it with me. They surprised me with cooking a spaghetti and we had our breakfast and all of us spent our time talking about our life and how fast it had become since the past few months of our lives together.
But there was something- a feeling, about that night that made me feel uneasy. I wasn't sure if it was how my friends acted- the way they pulled faces with each other when I was around, or when they tried to change the subject when I was complaining about Alex not talking to me, and the way they kept me busy as if they were trying to stop me from thinking about Alex and his weird acting.
We hung out until the night where by now everyone was doing their own things. Alex sat on a stool in the corner of the room, scrolling through his phone and not talking to me.
I couldn't help but compare the night with my own state of mind. Just like those clouds, my insides were in a chaos. A mess. Something was bothering me. Something was hurting me. Something ached inside me. Something felt so wrong, so invalid but I couldn't tell what. I tried to pinpoint the cause for this unexplained pain but failed. I tried to reason this unbearable burning but didn't find any.
Everything felt so confused, just like a jumbled set of a puzzle. A puzzle that I honestly didn't know how to solve.
So instead of pushing myself in thinking of what could be wrong, I went back inside and walked towards the kitchen. I decided to try and talk to him. I grabbed a plate from the small cupboard and poured the spaghettti onto the plate and walked up to him.

Once I'd finished, I walked towards Alex who was sitting on a couch, sipping his beer while he was on his phone. "Hey. You haven't eaten anything. Want some?"

He looked up at me for a second before he lowered his head down. "Uh, thanks. But I have uh-"
"Alex," Another guy came up from the door, walking towards Alex. I furrowed my brows.
