"Bella?" Vicky called as she walked through the house, stomping around in her heels, "Bella?"
"Oh Victoria, I wish you wouldn't call her that name. It's so vulgar, and common," Her mother shuddered, "call her Isabella."
"Do nothing of a sort," Isabella sighed, walking into the kitchen where the women were talking, "did you need something Vicky?" Their mother sighed deeply as she used Victoria's nickname, and Vicky smirked, "I just wanted to know if you wanted to come out to lunch with me and Andrea tomorrow."
"I would love to," Isabella smiled, walking over and opening the fridge, "I haven't seen Andrea in a while."
Victoria was cut off as her mother cut in, "easy on the food, Isabella. You're a size 10," she sighed as she walked over to her daughter, fixing her hair, "let's keep it that way, yes?" Her mother smiled sweetly before she left the room. Isabella smiled as she shook her head, grabbing a bottle of water as she shut the fridge, turning to see her sister, fuming.
"How do you do that? You just stand there and smile as she insults you!" Victoria yelled as she threw her hands in the air, her body twitching in anger. Isabella laughed at her sister as she sat up on the counter, watching her, "what would I say? Tell her to go fuck herself like you did? How long did she ignore you for again?"
Victoria glared at her before gasping over-dramatically, "Isabella, watch your language! Do not swear in my household!" Victoria grinned mischievously as she picked up her mothers scarf and swirled it around her, dancing around the kitchen, "do this, do that, nothing is perfect, it must all be perfect!"
Isabella threw her head back as she laughed at her sister and her actions, only laughing harder as she watched her dance. Victoria eventually stopped to laugh with her sister, both of them cracking up into laughter. She smiled, completely content as she felt how fulfilled her life was. She had no idea what, or who, she was missing.
