#CHAPTER NINETEEN

"Her only way home was to betray her friend."

Beca thought it's gonna be her peaceful first day (again) in their class but when she returned there, she wasn't expecting a lot of load works she missed the months she wasn't there. She needs to have a written report for her 3 subjects that was especially given to her as a project while the others need a take home examinations she will submit tomorrow.

Jesse insisted to do her written reports while Chloe's gonna help her with her examination. Beca wants to decline Chloe because it's gonna be a total distraction if she accepted knowing they couldn't easily resist the temptation of not touching each other but Chloe promised she will gonna tie Beca if she didn't listen to her that made the brunette blushed even more than normal.

Beca went to the locker room alone. She wanted to get her books there but when she opened her locker, she saw a lot of trash inside. She hissed and was about to pick up the trash can when a familiar blondie entered.

Aubrey.

Their eyes met but the blondie immediately looked away. Beca smirked and didn't hesitate to call her.

"Posen! Nice to meet you again." Beca approached with a smirk. Aubrey just ignored her. "I can't believe you can leave Stacie and Chloe like that easily. How much Bumper gave you? Did he get some nude photo of you and threatened you?" Beca asked mockingly. "Come on. Bumper aren't here yet."

"I don't like homosexuals like you." Aubrey bluntly said. Beca walked beside her and leaned her back next to Aubrey's locker.

"Oh! You're homophobic?" Beca asked playfully. "Or you're coward?"

"Your group wasn't the right group for me. You're all bullied—

"So I am right." Beca nodded. "Do you think you became right because of choosing to be safe than friendship?" Aubrey looked at her. "No. You never did. You only showed people you're a fake and deserved not to trust with." Beca was about to leave when she stopped her track into the doorway. "You wasted Chloe, especially Stacie who treated you as their bestfriends. You're lucky, we're not friends because if we are, this is not the only thing you will receive from me. I hate fake people."

Aubrey just looked back on her locker, who had a picture of her and her dad who looks so proud of her when she graduated elementary with honors.

She couldn't help but to let her tears fall down her cheek, for the first time.
