Favorite genres to read?
High fantasy (who knew...), historical fiction, good detective mysteries (like, almost anything from the Queen of Crime). I also discovered that I have a weird bent for dystopian sci-fi.
What was the last book you finished?
That I actually sat down and read from front to back? I think it was That Hideous Strength by C.S. Lewis.
Favorite book hero?

Favorite book villain?
I love Saruman. He is a terribly awe-inspiring and cunning person, talks dangerously like a modern-day politician, and is still human and relatable. And Christopher Lee played him astoundingly well in the films.
Favorite series?
I don't count LOTR as a series... so let's say Rosemary Sutcliff's Dolphin Ring books. *pokes you* If you haven't read Rosemary Sutcliff, start NOW.
Favorite school-assigned book?
Can I please narrow it down to the books I haven't read till this year? If so, it's an easy choice. A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens. That book actually made me cry.
If I had to pick out of all time... Johnny Tremain, Walk the World's Rim, They Loved to Laugh, Eagle of the Ninth, The Ides of April, Great Expectations,Till We Have Faces, Banner in the Sky, Flame Over Tara... nope, you see, it's impossible. Most of the best literature I've ever read was introduced to me through my school assignments...
Favorite authors:
I'mma narrow it down to juuuust a few here. Tolkien, Rosemary Sutcliff, and Agatha Christie.
