EX-BOYFRIEND

You were crying on your bed, thinking about your ex-boyfriend who just broke up with you. He had found someone better and you hate yourself for it.

Your best friend, Wonwoo, was sitting beside you on the bed. "Wonwoo, why? Why did he break up with me?" You asked for so many times already.

He sighed and embraced you in a hug, "He doesn't deserve you." You cried loudly, soaking his shirt with tears. "Who even deserves me? No one does."

Wonwoo made you look at him, "Why are you still crying over that guy? He doesn't deserve your tears." He wiped your tears with his thumb.

"I don't know." You shrug, not able to think properly. "That jerk. He knew that someone already likes you, yet he still dated you."

He scoffed and looked away. You were confused at what he said, "And who would that be?" Wonwoo seemed to hesitate at first.

"It's me, okay. I like you but you were dating him and I'm just your best friend anyways." Feeling bad, you kissed his cheek. Well, that's the least you can do right now.

You didn't care that he was just your best friend, he likes you and you should understand that he was jealous. You finally smiled at the thought.

"Why are you smiling?" Wonwoo looked at you, now confused at your sudden change of emotion. "You're jealous, how cute." You hugged him tightly.

He returned the hug, "It's not cute. Being jealous is ugly. It's annoying." You smiled which made him smile back. "It is for me, though."

"Are you my girlfriend now?" He asked right after and you were surprised. "Why so sudden? I just had a break up and you haven't even courted me yet."

"Oh, I did since the first day I met you."
