CARE

Chan invited you to go with him to the store, since he wanted to buy snacks. On the way to the store, he held your hand gently. As you went inside, he quickly rushed to where his favorite snacks were found. You, on the other hand, walked around the store. There were different snacks on the shelves, when one caught your eye.

It was your favorite snacks; however, you don't have money with you. You can't let Chan buy for you because you only went to accompany him. You kept staring at it, not knowing that he was already beside you with his snacks. He spoke softly, "Y/N." Quickly, you faced him. "Ah, sorry. I got distracted, let's go." You were about to go, but he didn't move. Instead, he got two of your favorite snacks.

"Isn't this your favorite, Y/N?" He knew that because he was your best friend. You nodded, "It is, but I won't buy it. Actually, I don't have money with me. I just went with you." You put your head down in embarrassment. He suddenly got money from his pocket and showed it to you. "I have money. I could pay for you." He insisted but you declined his offer.

He clicked his tongue playfully, "Aishh, just let me pay for it. It would be rude if I didn't buy anything for you, since I invited you here." You tried to stop him again but he just walked passed you, to the cashier. "Yah, Dino." You called but he already paid for it. "Let's go." He said with a smile. You sighed while he held your hands again.

When you arrived at his house, you sat on the couch with him beside you. He was sitting so close and it made you nervous. "Thanks, Dino. You didn't really have to do it, I don't want you to waste your money on me. I appreciate it, though." You said to him. Suddenly, Chan held your hand and looked at you in the eye. "But I'm not a kid anymore."

He started, then he cupped your cheeks and continued. "Don't worry about me. I'm not a kid anymore, so I can do these things. I saw how you wanted to buy the snacks, so I bought them for you." Even though he explained it, you weren't convinced. "Dino, I just don't want you to waste your money. I can just buy them next time."

"Y/N, stop telling me what to do and what not. I know what I'm doing." He raised his voice a bit, so you argued back. "But I care about your actions. I care about you." "I CARE FOR YOU AS WELL. IN FACT, I LIKE YOU." After he said those, you stopped arguing back. You just sat there and stared at him. "I like you, too." You managed to whisper, but he heard it. That's when your love story started.
