I got him here.

I actually got him here.

He was pissed about it, but I got him here.

"The guest room is right upstairs, third door to the left, okay?" Samantha smiled and pointed up the steps, "Feel free to close the door if you need to, guys."

"Thanks, Sam."

I held on to Penelope and went upstairs, following her directions. The guest room was made up really nicely and there was a bathroom connected to it, which was even better.

I sat Penelope down and got her ready for bed. She had fallen asleep in the car on the way here, so I knew she was tired. London on the other hand was so happy to have a friend that she had pooped herself out before the sleepover could even begin.

Her and Alana had fallen asleep in the car too, making the night a lot easier for all the parents.

"Ro, pass me my pajamas." I had put Penny in bed with the big girls, leaving me to finally get dressed for bed. "Hello?"

"I'm here, aren't I? I'm not lifting a finger." he grabbed his pajama pants and went into the bathroom, slamming the door behind him.

What was he so mad about? Staying the night at Randy's house wasn't that bad.

I went into the hall bathroom to change since Roman didn't seem like he wanted to be bothered. I was thirsty, so I went downstairs afterward to see if Sam was still there.

She wasn't there but I found the cups and got myself some water.

"Sam?" I heard.

"No, it's me."

Randy came into the kitchen, "Sorry, Sam usually comes down here late at night."

"It's okay." I smiled lightly and decided to make myself at home and sit on the countertop, drinking my water. "Your house is so nice."

"Sam said it was way too big for us, but I love it." He grinned and I noticed he was only in basketball shorts. He had an XBOX controller in his hands, "Where do you guys live?"

"Chicago."

"Oh, it's rough out there." he made a funny face and laughed, "Are you even tired?"

"Not really. I don't know why, I should be super tired considering what we did today."

"Oh, yeah! How was the zoo?"

"You should have seen their faces! They loved it so much, thanks for that. It was a really incredible day with the girls."

"No problem at all."

I finished my glass of water and jumped down, putting it in the sink. "Are you just going to stay down here and play video games all night?"

"It's basically all I do. Why?"

"No reason, Roman does it too."

"Do you ever play?" he asked.

"I used to play one game when I was a teenager, but after that, I haven't even went near a controller."

"Here," he held out the XBOX controller for me to grab, "it's always great getting back into the game."

"Oh, God, no, it won't even be like you're playing with someone. I seriously haven't held a controller in a decade."

"I'll show you, come here." he nodded towards the big media room right next to the kitchen.

He had everything in there. He had ever Playstation and every XBOX and it seemed like his game wall went on for days.

"Wow, this is amazing." I looked around at everything, admiring it, "I thought Roman had a lot of stuff."
