He was ignoring her.
"Goodnight, Ro."
Nothing.
"Did you hear me?"
Nada.
"You're seriously not gonna say good night?"
He had been gone for the last four days, which he took full advantage of. He didn't call unless he wanted to check on the girls.
"Whatever, you're ridiculous."
"I'm ridiculous?" He asked.
"I didn't stutter."
He turned over and looked at her, "You're the one talking to my boss like you're running the show! All I wanted was to tell them myself, but no, you couldn't even let me do that!"
She rolled her eyes and got out of bed, "Whatever."
"No." He got out of bed and followed her into the bathroom, "You tell me why you did that! Who gave you that right?"
"I'm not talking about this anymore."
"We're talking about it!"
It was kinda sexy how he looked when he was angry, but that was besides the point.
"No!"
"Chase, I wanted one thing and that was to tell them myself and you won't even tell me why?! That's a bitch move right there and you know it!"
"We both know I'm a bitch, so what's the matter?!"
He groaned and stormed out.
She stayed in there and sighed. Summerslam was only in a week, and she wasn't sure she could wait an entire week to tell him.
He was furious with her and with the week leading up to Summerslam nearing, the public would soon know they weren't on the best terms.
He wasn't a vocal guy, but when he was passionate about something he never had a filter. Him being this angry with her the entire week would show in all of his interviews, and maybe even in his match.
Ugh. What was she going to do?
She wasn't doing anything wrong...was she?
Chase got back in bed as slowly as possible, trying not wake her husband up in the process. Oh, he was so cute when he slept.
...
The joys of Summerslam. It was kind of like Wrestlemania, but not really.
There were a bunch of interviews leading up to the big summer event, and the Raw before was one of the biggest.
Raw was yesterday, and Chase was elated that the hustle and bustle was finally over. She wasn't in the best mood considering she was going to be away from her girls for an entire week, but she'd agreed a long time ago to be here with him, so she had to.
She sort of followed him around, otherwise she wouldn't know where to go or where to be. It sort of felt like she was a small shadow standing behind him all the time, and considering he was mad at her, it wasn't any fun being there.
"Hey, it's so nice to meet you, man!"
His third interview of the day.
"Nice to be here." Roman smiled and sat down in a seat with a microphone hooked up to it. There were a few seats for people who just wanted to look on and that's where she typically sat.
"You ready? We're just going to jump right in."
"Cool with me."
They played his entrance music and introduced him onto the radio show. He was a shy guy, but seeing him being himself, or his character at least, was amazing. He glowed.
