What He Said

"Do we really have to watch this, babe?"

"Yes, so get over it."

Our night was really great, and it was the best we had in a very long time. He had told me about an interview he did right before he came home, though, so I wanted to watch it.

"I can just tell you what they asked me, wouldn't that be better than watching it?"

"Nope, now shut up." He had sat up in our bed and I was kind of laying down and kind of sitting up at the same time. I was laying on him as I sat up in bed...if that makes any sense.

It came on and he was looking so serious. "Baby, why are you looking like that?"

"Because I wanted to make a good impression. At first I thought this was a serious interview since they made me dress up and stuff."

Roman never told me Dean was there too, but he was sitting next to him with a serious look too, "Oh, my God, you guys are ridiculous."

"Just watch..."

"We're here today with WWE Superstars Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, welcome guys, it's so nice to have you."

"Thanks for having us."

"A lot of things going on with you guys lately..."

"Yes, a lot has been going on," Dean laughed, "Wait, in the WWE  or personally?"

"Both!"

"Oh, okay, well I'm the number one contender for the WWE Championship, so so I'd say that's pretty big."

"How does it feel? You've been World Heavyweight Champion a few times, but never WWE."

"It's fun because it's a different arena, kind of, with the WWE Championship. It's completely different people who you've never had to face before, but I love new competition. It's always a rush."

"What about you,  Roman?"

"I'm sort of neutral right now. I'm not going for any titles, just wrestling to make my fans happy."

"Any reason why?"

"Uh," he cleared his throat, "I'm away enough as it is, I don't think it would have been smart to be gone even more."

"You and your wife just had a new baby, correct?"

"Yeah, we did, our little Penelope."

"And you have another daughter..."

"London. She's my little princess."

"But Dean, you have a son, right?"

"Yes," he laughed, "uh, he's about to be four in the next couple months."

"Is it nice having kids around the same age? Especially, because the two of you are so close?"

"Oh, God, yes." there was an eruption of laughter, "It's the best thing ever. Whenever we go over their house, or they come to ours, we never have to worry about kids. They're literally best friends."

"Do they seem like they'll be that cliché couple that grew up together and started dating?"

"Well, London's not dating until she's forty, so after that it's perfectly fine with me."
