Coulson POV
My knee jitters about as I sit waiting. Waiting for us to land or waiting for May to wake up. Honestly, I am waiting for our lives to go back to the way they were. Daisy gaming at 3 in the morning, Mack getting pranked by Bobbi and Hunter and also assisting them prank Daisy, Fitzsimmons working together and falling in love and May and I as 'parents' to this mad group of people. But it can't. Once we find Daisy I am not going on any missions for a good few weeks, no-one is. We are going to have a nice holiday on a beach or something. We are going to relax. Also I need to stop living in secret - I need to tell the Avengers that I am alive. I now understand the pain that death causes - Daisy has shown me that, with her loss of Lincoln and her current situation.

I am interrupted as a hand rests on my shoulder, it's May. She looks at me a little lost but before I can explain she says
"I love you too." My heart melts as I hug her and she hugs back. Maybe I don't want May's and my relationship to go backwards.
Our reunion or whatever it is is broken up by Simmons who comes in looking for some equipment for Fitz.
"You're awake May! That's really good!" She exclaims, then she notices that May is leaning into my shoulder and makes an excuse before hurrying away.
This causes me to chuckle.

Fitz POV

Simmons comes back from the lab with a slight blush.
"I think they finally admitted it." Is all she says to me when she sees me looking at her, that makes sense they've been dancing around one another for at least 3 years now. We have a bet on how long it would take. I guessed 1 year, Simmons guessed 6 months, Mack guessed never and Daisy guessed 3 years. Looks like she won.
Just as the thought passes through my head Simmons mutters,
"Daisy was right."
My eyes are drawn to Simmons and I see her tears, this causes me to cross the room and envelop her in a hug.
"Not was, is." I whisper as I nuzzle into her hair.
"Jemma we'll find her, I promise. Then we can see the smug look on her face when she finds out that she has won the bet...again." This causes both Jemma and I to chuckle. Daisy really does have knack for winning bets. She has already cost me $300.

Suddenly, an alarm sounds but this is something that I have been waiting for - it signals that we are 15 minutes away from the earthquakes location. 15 minutes away from Daisy.

Coulson POV

An alarm suddenly sounds and startled me from my conversation with May, however before I start to fret Fitz jogs in with Simmons and they simultaneously say,
"We are less than 15 minutes from where Daisy should be."
A smile graces my face as I hear the news but it is soon replaced by fear - fear of the pain she has been in.
Just before I head to the command station a thought crosses my mind, no, a wish.

Just hold on Daisy we are almost there.
