Coulson POV
We reach Australia in a matter of hours as the Watchdogs decided to leave all our quinjets, which was fortunate. When we arrive at the town, which encompasses the rink, smoke can be seen billowing up into the sky. I hope May is ok. Mack is getting ready to disembark so I decide I should as well.

We reach the ice rink and the authorities are there. Now S.H.I.E.L.D doesn't have the same clearance it used to, hey-ho let's just make up we're another agency. Mack has already thought of that as he has got our C.I.A fake I.Ds. Let's hope it works. Sometimes people don't even check your badge or credentials they just let you in. I hold my badge up quickly to one police officer and tell him we are with the C.I.A his face changes to an almost scared look and he lets us through with no questions. Phew! I walk across to the ambulance and there is a body, my walking turns into jogging and then running. I reach the body bag in a matter of moments. I begin to unzip it but a paramedic stops me.
"What do you think you're doing?" He queries.
"A fellow agent was kidnapped and we tracked them here, who is in there?" I respond trying to steer away from any personal questions.
"Oh, ok. We can't identify who the body is because it is immensely charred and burnt." He responds.
"We're there any other people found or not?" I ask trying to cling on to hope.
"Yes, actually there was," he responds rather surprised," when running back on the cctv, which is by the door one woman limped out."
May!
"Thank you very much, do you know the location of this woman?" I ask, completely relieved. It has to be May.
"No, I don't but the police are trying to find her as she is believed to be the terrorist." He replies. As soon he has finished I begin to walk away. May isn't the terrorist the Watchdogs are. We need to find her before she gets into more trouble.

May POV
I limp down the streets sticking to the shadows, my dad he's gone and it's my fault. Realising that I was still drawing attention to my self I turn into an ally way. My thoughts surround Coulson and his situation. I really hope everyone is ok, I don't express my feelings often but they are my only remaining family.

Once into the shadows of the ally I check my legs, which are charred and bleeding. This is going to be fun to fight with. I saw that the authorities were arriving at the scene, they will be coming soon.
Coulson may not come and save me this time, like he did from behind my desk. At least if this is the end I can join my father.
Sliding down the wall I put my head in my hands and start to pass out due to blood loss and pain. As I fade away a clatter of footsteps deep into my mind, then I move - unwillingly- and I try to fight but it is no use. Then I hear a voice.
"May, I'm here. Stay awake, for me please. I ..." Unconsciousness grasps me before I am able to hear him finish.

Coulson POV
Seeing a blood trail, I follow eager to find May, I need to tell her something. I walk for about 500m before the blood turns from the main road. It turns into an ally. I raise my flashlight and shine it down and there, in the corner is a figure. May! I run, Mack behind me and reach her and pull her gently into my lap. This supports her fully and allows Mack to assess her injuries. She is semi-lucid so I try to keep her awake by engaging in conversation.
"May, I'm here. Stay awake, for me please. I love you."
